i'm not really sure how this works... i've read the description under rules and still do not understand how sub junior schools work...is it that the junior coach just tells you about youth players or is there a place to view sub junoir players? I just got my team today so i did not yet experience the full sokker week... :D
If you go to office on the top you will see juniors, there you can find how many juniors you have and change the max number of juniors. Every saturday max 6 juniors enter your youth school, so you need to have 6 open spaces.
There is a place to view your junior players. You can find it on the top menu once you are in the office. To get to the office, click on the telephone on the right hand menu. (Finding your way around sokker is not intuitive - some of those important pages are only found through the office)
To train junior players:
1- you need to create spaces for new junior players (there is a cost - look in the rules), most people try to keep 6 available junior positions open every Saturday night because that is the maximum number of new juniors that you can get every week.
2- you need a junior coach (it is the overall training skill that is important)
3- but, first you need players and you can only get those on Saturday night during the economic update
4- junior players train, along with your regular players, on Wednesday night, but you never know their skill, just there overall appraisal....
keep asking questions, it takes a bit to get your head around the sokker rules
and welcome to sokker.

Try to keep only players with skill average (sometimes I keep weak as well).
Check every week if they improve if they are not talented (they don't improve in 6-8 weeks with a excellent coach) fire them. No point for you to have spots with players that are not going to train well
