if a junior player has 0 weeks left in his training do i have to pull him? if i leave him does he still get trained or what will happen with him?
i don't have much experience with my juniors, only pulling 3 so far...

You don't have to pull him, but he gets no further training and still takes up space (and cost) in your junior school. There is no upside to not contracting him.

There is a little chatter about this question on the International sokker forum, new junior teams topic. Some people are concerned that this is a loophole in the rules and that you can stack your junior team by not pulling juniors to the senior team. That is the only upside.

yeah but there's not much sense in that,
if you have a talent shouldn't you bring him up...?

Absolutely, most everybody is going to pull that player to the senior squad. But, why if that player isnt magical or anything like that, he is excellent. And he is 20, almost 21 years old. This guy will help the junior team, but is likely useless as a senior player.

how long can you keep him?
30... :) is there a limit?

and what skill level would be considered a talent? more than outstanding?

and if i have an excellent youth coach how much could he be off predicting a player's skill level?
asking this because i've been letting go players starting with less than adequate...
