I'm looking for somebody who wouldnt mind helping to lead a fairly new player down the right path to future success.. I'm not sure exactly what I should be doing (training, making money, ect) if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated

Basically, what should you be trying to do? To improve your team and get out of division iii. Finances are tight and it is a long slow fight; so have some fun.
