SKILLS
Which is the best role for each player?
Goalkeepers need Goalkeeper, Pace and less important Passing
Defenders need Defender, Pace but also a bit of Technique, Playmaker, Passing
Midfielders need Playmaker, Passing, and a bit less important Technique, Pace, Defender (but in this role is good to be complete)
Strikers need Striker, Technique, Pace and less important Playmaker and Defender
NB: Stamina is important for all the players (less for GK)
TACTICS
this is a simple video that explain you the way to create a new tactic
JUNIOR SCHOOL
JUNIOR SCHOOL
Hi there canadian user: i suggest you to start your junior school as soon as possible (but not before more or less 2/3 season from your startind)
But be carefull!
1) Click on the "phone" on right menu; then click on Juniors in top menu: here you have your junior team!
2) Change the number of places to 6 (each week on friday can arrive up to 6 new young players so if you have 3 players in school on thursday, put 9 as number of places)
3) When a new junior arrives, keep him in team if he got a skill level at least weak-average, otherwise Reject him
4) You can use programs like this to remember when juniors level up and discover their talent: if they level up in 4/5 weeks they will level up fastly also in principal team.. but all depends on the coach
5) A coach for junior team:
- for main team, the training depends on specific skill the coach has, for example if i train pace:
Krzysztof Bosacki, age: 50
wage: 4 750 €
very good coach
Training effectiveness:
incredible of stamina adequate of keeper
unheartly of pace very good of defender
solid of technique very good of playmaker
very good of passing adequate of striker
My players will get "unheartly" level of training
- for junior team, the training depends on general level of the coach, for example:
Krzysztof Bosacki, age: 50
wage: 4 750 €
very good coach
Training effectiveness:
incredible of stamina adequate of keeper
unheartly of pace very good of defender
solid of technique very good of playmaker
very good of passing adequate of striker
My juniors will get "very good" level of training
In order not to bankrupt, you must not hire too expensive coaches. If you are starting i suggest you to hire a coach for juniors with general level between "solid" and "excellent", then, one day, when your economy will emprove, you can rise till "brilliant".
You can search for new coaches in the market HERE
Don't spend too much for a trainer in the market, expecially if his wage is far from the LOWEST WAGE. If you try a research for a solid coach (might be more expensive research than find him in market), put as many skills as possible on that level, and good luck!
6) When you promove a player, please send his skills to Canada staff: they can tell you what he deserves to be trained in or sponsorize him if you decide to sell.
7) to SIGN IN JUNIOR LEAGUE you must have at least 10 players.. i also suggest you to hire at least an excellent coach (take a look over this message for a help) and enjoy!
VERY IMPORTANT: DON'T OPEN THE JUNIOR SCHOOL IN THE FIRST SEASON! WAIT STILL THE SECOND OR THIRD when you will have a solid financial situation!

I don't recommend to start a junior school in the first season and maybe is better to wait about 2 seasons before starting it.
In the first season a newbie can't afford a nice coach and it's just waste of money.
