Subject: Hello, i am in need of a bit advice.

Im starting, and i read faq and rules. But please tell me something about tactics, should i focus on some 4-4-2, 4-5-1, 4-3-3 or go for all def + 2-3 atk players like in big leages?
Also how does promotions to higher league works? Is there any financial reward for it?

Try to look at overall rating from your opponent from their previous matches. Play more defensive if they are better. But sometimes it won't matter because the difference is too big.

If you train defenders then probably better to play 5 D. Usually goalkeeper and defenders is easier to train from the beginning. But you have 10 slots so you can train a bit of everything

Yeah there is a reward.
Go to the pressroom and filter by "competition" it will show it. And it is updated at the beginning of the season.

Also for beginning i should give up on junior acamedy and junior league? Because i dont think i can handle it financially :D

It takes a couple seasons for it to make sense. You need a decent coach to start getting better juniors

It's recommended to have a pretty high overall coach for juniors.

When you can afford at least incredible (13) but I think magical (15) was optimal

Any suggestions for financial income and spendings? Focus first on stadium/facilities? Or go all in for players/ coaching staff?

As i understand in here the main income is stadium. I dont see as for now any other income, no sponsors etc.

Basically you need to win at the beginning so buying cheaper older players to get some more sponsors while building up the stadium.

Once you get your youth team going later then you can try to buy younger players to train and sell for profit. But you can do a mix of young and old as well just try not to go bankrupt

But there's different ways to play the game. All of this is just my advice. :)

But it is still a slower paced game so things take time.

Yeah I think the last 1-2 years they tried to introduce new things but progress was slowed down because of budget I believe. It's still a fun game to play if you enjoy the systems here (training, bidding, tactics). And 2d / 3d matches available to watch.

I started training defenders and keepers. I think training keepers was a mistake. I barely avoided bankruptcy.

Yes this is a good point because of the training changes recently with the 10 slots now everyone can train a keeper so prices have gone down for them.

But definitely DEF or ATT was easier for me to begin with
