Subject: Dygtig transfer handler søges

Har lidt millioner jeg skal have brugt på unge træn bare spillere og mangler lidt hjælp?

Jeg har skrevet en engelsk trainee guide, og den omhandler især midtbane spillere med de 5 mark skills der ikke er afslutning....altså fart+teknik+aflevering+tackling+spilfordeling.... håber du kan bruge den til noget, og hvis ikke siger du bare til hvad du vil have svar på... :)

Adaca´s trainee advices:

(just ask if something is new to you and need explanation, since it was written to a little more experienced user)

generally is low quality 16-18 yo´s mid talents easy to make money on, since they can pop 6-8 times on 1 season if just talent 5 and some different training throughout the season. And some of the pops will be nice, giving you nice graphs, because you cant tell apart talent 3,75 and talent 5 by 1-2 graphs in that age, you need more data or a pop in the higher levels.
Then you most always count sum of skills, then you can find out where the difference is between 1m-1,5m value TL, 300-500 k value TL and 0 value TL for the type of trainee age 17 you want... then be persistent on not buying if price goes over that, well actually even try to bargain as much as possible.... and remember the skillsum for that value TL changes throughout season...

I.e. def mid age 17 (pace+def+tech+pm+pass)

300-500 k
week 1: 23-24 skillsum
week 4: 25-26
week 7: 27-28
week 10: 30-21
week 13: 32

1 m
week 1: 25-26
week 4: 27-29
week 7: 30-31
week 10: 31-32
week 13: 32-33

and then let me show what happens when turns 18 and some:

1,25 m
week 1: 34

Then try and see on the lists i made, then you can see, if you pay 700 k (300 k too much) for a def mid sum 27 week 7, well then to make profit of 0,5 m eu, you need to make him pop 9 times on 1 season=impossible..... but if you buy him at 400 k which is his value at that point, then 6-7 pops is probably enough to make 0,5.
But the whole point is to be sure that you do not pay 1m for a trainee you could get at half price.

And these are the ways i would train the different type of trainees:

Def: train def to 15-17 and pace to 10-12 age 21-23 and sell at that point, be sure they have okay secondaries (nothing below weak, and mostly above good) tech, pm, pass is the order in which secondary is most important (but you need to buy them with it already more or less) This makes them very popular for pace trainees, which there are many of.

Def mids: train mixed training, and make them allround or only 1 skill 2-3 behind rest (tech is also allowed to be a little lower at later ages, since it is less important skill then 4 others). Buy age 17, sell age 18 or 21-23 (the difference between age 18, 19 and 20 is not high in price (taking in note that they pop like a talent 4-5), so if you keep after 18, then better to keep to 21-23 and sell there (especially if he is from small country so he is on u/21 at that point).

Wings:
Buy them with 2 skills high (very good-formidable) and 2 skills low (weak-adequate) age 18-19, this type of trainee is cheap, but easy to train up to a decent looking young wing with pace+tech+pm+pass all above formidable (i do not have super much experience in classical wings, since i dont want them if they cant tackle, and prefer them if they can shoot too)

Strikers:
Im still at the point where i need to find the certain type of talents that gives good profit. But be sure on that you need to make long runs of each type of training for them (pace, tech, striker), since they all have different number of trainees you can train (22 pace, 10 tech, 6 striker), so its impossible to change a lot, if you want full training. You can find relatively cheap trainees age 18, but they need a lot of work before sale.

And last thing im going to teach you..... skills average-adequate is very nice to have on a buy, since it is considered almost as low as weak, and so do people think of good-solid-very good as almost same thing. But people dont want adequate, but they´ll pay big for good....... so that is one of the most important pops to secure before selling.... :)
