I have got problem with assigning coach to junior group. Iam a newbe tbh and will play first mach today ,I dont know if my players out of main group are under training,The main coach and assistant both assigned to main team but I can not assign anoterh coach to junior team,

Can you help me solve my problem

Do you mean that you don't have enough coaches or that your juniors coach slot is un-occupied?

If you click the 'juniors' button under one of your current coaches they should be assigned to the junior team

and, what means "can't assign?" do You do everything the same as with the otchers coach, i mean click on:

You could be right... or also it could be some kind of bug on new design...

Personally i'd say dont bother with the youth squad yet. The fact is it takes a lot of investment to make it worthwhile and that money would be better spent on sorting his team out.

i have youth school since i've started, and i think that it was good decision. But it cost me lot of work - to cover all wages and youth places.
So, if somebody dont have time for day-trading, You right - he should wait with youthschool about one, two season(s).

Yeah i've had a youth team from the start but it was completely pointless for the first 3 seasons. If i was starting again i would leave it until you're settled in the 1st division. No paying for junior spaces or coaches will save you at least 15k a week.

that is a risk, for sure... to much depends from luck.

Yeah it's happening all over the place. They need to sort it out quickly because some people are being given the money
