I dont think negative pops happen in players under 27 unless it's stamina. You can forget getting any other pops though. I'd try and avoid firing your assistants, they're the ones that get the best out of your head coach.

-350k currently and loss of ~60k over 2 weeks.

assistants currently costing ~40k p/w

going to be paying 15k in interest now too so need to survive till season bonus to break me even if it even does.

only things thats annoying me is my assistants are low wages for their skills.

its interest is whats hitting me worst, and i had a few losses in a row so sponsor income decreased by 30k or something :( :P

How much are you investing in the youth team and are there any decent players coming up?

and yes its paying off. 6 weeks time i have a magical potentially.

im guessing hes gonna have to be sold to keep me going though :(

Ok, well you need to look at whats going to bring you in more money. The players you're training or the youth squad. Looking at your team i'd guess it's the youths so you'll have to cut back on assistants, and without the asistants you'd probably be advised to sell your most valuable youth as well.

Oh and try and arrange cup games during the week against bigger teams at their venue. It should bring in 15k a time

well im booked up till the end of the season in frendlies and play a league every season with few friends who told me bout the game so i not gonna stop that ;)

50 places in your junior school seems a bit much tbh. I only recently upgraded to 25 places and most of my first team are my former juniors. I dont think 50 places in nessessary

30 is the max. I think he's talking about places plus the coach wages.

basically im making a loss ;)

ticket income usually gives me 75k against u guys but against dubbliners and next weeks against bottom club its usually half that again.
need to upgrade to seats along the side of the pitch but i wont have cash for another 2 months...

im going for 22 this week (18 atm). i try to get 4 new ones every week. my first ever good this week i think (when he joined he is good i mean). very happy with that.

am gonna sack my 3 assistants this friday so that should be 40k saved in 2 weeks time. annoying the way u have to pay wages to sack!

my player salary is like 25k or something :P
its gonna jump this season do id say caus player value has gone way up this season with player improvements

If you were strict with the juniors you could probably cut down considerably from 22. I'd get rid of anyone going past 5 weeks.

as i said already, im gonna focus on youths and get rid of trainers so my 6 week talent players are safe :P
(i have 1 i just checked em all, 2x 5 weekers and the rest are under that or unknown talent)
one of the 5 weekers is gonna be an incredible so i figure hes worth keeping too. pity he wasnt more talented!

does anyone know a program that tracks youth levels for longer than 10 weeks? its annoying for seeing whether a player is 3.5, 3.66, etc unless you have longer time frame.

EDIT:ah rite got sokker manager going again. shud do the trick...in 10 weeks time!

As far as i'm aware the only 2 programmes that submit to our database are Firesokker and the Greasemonkey script. Sokker Manager and Sokker Organiser dont.
