So right, i figure general data on youths should be put together just for information and maybe some other topics such as training in general etc... just got this on aussie forums which a lot more active than here, but anyways

Those columns are:
- level of junior
- amount of juniors on this level taken to measurment
- lowest and highest sum of skill
- medium sum of skills of those juniors

2. unsatisfactory / 1 / 3 / 3,3
3. poor / 1 / 9 / 9,9
4. weak / 1 / 13 / 13,13
5. average / 7 / 11-18 / 15,71110
6. adequate / 14 / 16-21 / 18,57260
7. good / 39 / 12-27 / 20,80811
8. solid / 37 / 19-29 / 23,73878
9. very good / 39 / 20-34 / 27,511073
10. excellent / 37 / 26-34 / 30,731137
11. formidable / 23 / 30-39/ 33,87779
12. outstanding / 13 / 29-40 / 36,69477
13. incredible / 8 / 39-43 / 41,12329
14. brilliant / 2 /37- 46 / 41,583
15. magical / 2 / 44 / 44,88
17. divine / 1 / 58 / 58

Its interesting that incredible and brilliant are both the same average skill level... almost anyways... also very good excellent and formiddable havent much between them...

maybe theres a certain way of looking at this by excluding stamina or something...

bump for saarumarc... the things above, last number are average number of total skills.. brilliant +2 = 43-44 points probably...
pace apparently takes slightly more than 1 for every point it gets though

brilliant +2: 48 SP (30 weeks)

maybe the time someone stays in the team has a little influence too

those brilliant and magical figures look wrong compared to the divine mate... and there was only 2 that that average was done of one with 46 SP, so your guy was bound to be on the high side of brilliant anyway (+2 = a lot of sublevel)
