ANY QUESTIONS. ASK HERE/ PM me whatever.. im happy to answer or give advice.. this is just a basic training idea if you are finally settling into life on sokker and in the first division

First off. Its best to start from scratch.
1. pick a position to train (Goalkeepers,Defenders or Strikers)
I would advise picking whatever you have most trainees of already.
the difficulty of training them is in order of what i put there also..each is summarised below

goalkeepers - goalkeeper (2 trainees)
defenders - Pace and Defender (10 trainees - can have 22 when doing pace)
Strikers - Pace, Technique, Striker (10 trainees, 6 when training striker, 22 when doing pace,10 for technique)

2. Find a Head coach who is unearthly in all the required skills.(see above) the cheaper his wage the better..
try the Coach finder or Transfer for coaches
dont pay too much finding one!
also get 2-3 assistants.. depending on finances, as cheap as possible
you should be paying 3 000 $ for a good, 7 000 $ for very good or 22 000 $ for incredible.. just as guide wages each week for assistants.. head coaches will be more expensive probably

Finding Trainees.
My advice here is to start training at 18.
trainees should be average/adequate/good in the skills being trained..or see what prices they go for and divide your cash depending on how many you are training
DONT JUST TRAIN 1 SKILL! TRY TO KEEP A BALANCE EVERY 2-3 INCREASES
For each year older the trainee is there should be +1 skill level to his skills minimum
use the transfers link to find trainees.

Train for 3-4 seasons.
each season you should get ~3 increases in the skills being trained.. depending on what level your coaches are, and the level of the trainee already..
consider this..
in 3-4 seasons your 18 year old who had good pace and good defender now has +6 to each of those..
that means he has incredible pace and incredible defender.. depending on the talent of the player this is possible..
Resale price>?1.0 - 1.5 million euro probably.

REINVEST
This is the tough part.. starting this again..
but this time you can begin with better players..
find someone who is excellent in all skills being trained at 18 or something, maybe has better secondaries,
spend half of what you earned back on trainees.. this works out probably 400 000 $ per trainee.. all the other money..do what you want.. improve other areas of your team, stadium, find better coaches so they will improve much quicker next time (consider if they have 4 pops per season now instead.. much more income longterm)
By reinvesting, you have more income to look forward to in future.. and a lot more profit next time.
more expensive trainees will usually yield a LOT higher selling prices when being sold. i would not recommend going much above 1 million for a trainee, as the sale price you get will not be worth it usually..
or the profit margins you can get (5M sale) = 4M profits
are the same as you get for a more expensive trainee - the only difference is the more expensive trainee is probably better for your team :)

Look to the future, not at the now. you cant build a great team overnight. this game doesnt have chelsea, where a billionare sponsor decides to pay you 100 000 000 $ all of a sudden to buy great players.. you need time and patience to catch up. build slowly, work on tactics, improving players.
in 2 seasons take a look back and see how you have improved

OPTION 2

Say for example you trained defenders first
When you have trained your 10 defenders, sell 5
use that money to buy your striker trainees..
keep 5 of the defenders you have trained, and are really good part of your team now!
train the strikers (6-10 of them)
sell half of them and keep the rest when they are trained (4 seasons later)
train midfielders (10 again)
sell half when they are trained 4 seasons later!

by doing this, you can keep having 2 of the 3 parts of your team really strong, and using money instead of buying trainees to buy keepers, coaches etc..

over time you will greatly improve all players..and have more money to improve trainees..

this is one of the strategies the top clubs use..
begin to train the strikers.

OPTION 3
have a main team to compete in the league..
train pace in your junior team
this way you have a second team who can be sold for money, while having a main team who can compete at the top level.

Values of skills

When selling a player, people look at their skills in a certain way when deciding how much to pay for them
this is the order of importance as such for those skills i guess

Keeper
Striker
Defender
Technique
Playmaking
Pace
Stamina

As everyone trains stamina and pace at various times, (pace is trained by all players who play a match) this is underrated, as low pace levels, a buyer realises that they can increase the players pace themselves..so if you are training strikers, you can buy a defender with lower pace, as he will get pace training over time anyway!
Goalkeeper is most valuable, as not many train it plus you can only train 2 players
Striker you can only properly train 3 players as ATT

EXAMPLE TRAINEES
DEFENDERS

STRIKERS

for strikers i set a lower requirement, which can be a good idea sometimes.. (buy maybe 2x very good striker and tech but weak pace)
this way you can focus on training one skill for a longer time..
they can also be combined by training a few strikers and defenders for maybe 1 whole season or more if you get higher skills and lower pace.
USUALLY THESE TYPES OF PLAYERS ARE MORE EXPENSVE AS LOTS OF PEOPLE DO THIS.
but you can have 22 pace trainees doing this, and maybe make some money on them all in a few seasons..
after 2 seasons when pace is a bit higher, sell one set (i.e sell strikers) and keep training defenders in defender skill.

because pace is so easy train, selling a player who has higher pace isnt worth as much

e.g
excellent pace, Outstanding defender

or
Outstanding pace, excellent defender

the first guy is worth more money, as his defender is higher, and people who are maybe training strikers or midfielders, or even defenders in pace will be interested in him..
the second guy, only people who are training defenders specifically will be interested..
the sale price is dependant on how many people are "fighting" over how much they want to offer for him, so the more people interested, the more money you get!
