Subject: Do Friendlies affect players attributes

Hi,
Do friendly matches count towards a players form or skill or is the sole benefit of friendlies just to try out different tactics. For example, If a player is off form would it help to play him in a friendly where he might improve without risking any serious damage in a league or cup match. Also, what about subs - does being a sub affect a players form?

They get extra training while playin in friendlies

Nobody really knows what affects player's forms its a big unknows, some players form improves when they get rest some improve when they move club

extra training (if you are training DEF. in defender for example. play 5 players in league game with DEF order and 5 in friendlies with DEF order. this way you can train 10 players per week)
