Hi, Me again!
Do you think I should buy any juniors yet? Can I afford them? and if I should . . how many? I have 217000 euros at present, but is has been slowly declining since I started on 12th January 2011 (I started with 240000 euros)

Some say yes, others say no. It really depends on how much you're going to be earning every two weeks if you factor in the youth school. Don't forget you'll need a coach for the juniors and the wages will be another cost.
The benifit of getting juniors early is that you'll probably end up with one or two juniors per season that'll come out of the school at a decent age/level, then you can sell them for a nice profit straight away or train them so they can slot into your first team

maybe he didnt mean junior school but juniors to actually train in his squad. if it is latter, i suggest starting with defense trainees, 17-18 years old. price range 20-40k. get 5 of them for friendlies and an old a-squad. when they are fit to play in a-squad, then sell the old guys and get another 5 trainees.
get players with already average passing and tech, and only train pace and def. thus u only need a headcoach who has only 2 magical skills.
worked very well for me.

Thanks to both for your advice.
I was actually thinking about the junior school. I was thinking that I should get a junior team started as soon as possible, so I can get a team started in the junior league and not be left behind other teams. Or do you think it is too soon (I am currently in Division 2.15) and I should wait until I get into some of the higher divisions. Also, When I start the junior school do I keep getting up to 6 per week until I reach 30 - which I know I couldn't afford, or can I control how many I have in the school?
I hadn't thought about saarumarc's suggestion which might worth trying.

I wouldn't bother with the juniors until you're established in the first division. Wait and see what money you've got coming in first
you get a random amount 1-6 per week. so you could get 1 per week for 3-4 weeks
on average you will get 3 youths a week i guess though.
generally 2 of them are shocking and get sacked pretty much so it goes down to 1 a week...maybe even less..
id recommend getting to the first division. if you want to run a youth school properly you need ~30k a week on average in surplus.
get training going first for main team. the junior leagues are just a waste of time. if you dont have a team of 9 players set 2 weeks in a row you get kicked and have to start at the bottom again anyway.. so dont worry about getting one until you get promoted ;)
get your team in order. get up to a 30-35 average rating and get promoted. try and stay in the first division and there you can afford a junior team as the money is much higher.
at the moment that 200k should be spent on around 8 trainees age 18,19 at 15k each or so. (try get defenders i recommend maybe average-good pace and defender) and train from there for 3 seasons in pace and defender and resell for hopefully 800k each up to 1 million each.
redo the training process and invest the profits in stadium, coaches and better strikers and midfielders. also maybe your junior team.
money is the major problem at the start of this game :/

Instead of getting 8 trainees I'd suggest 6. Extra training for all and you can buy slightly better
its just my opinion...
i had a friend in england pull a youth like his first or second season who sold for 6million euro..
(talent screens arent the same now though so they arent as valuable anyway)
but the majority of people have made losses on junior schools (me included i guess)
when you can afford it and have a longterm training plan its useful though because it gets you trainees.
repay time is at least 1 season..if not 2. thats if you are lucky.
your main income is sponsors and match tickets. match tickets arent worth much in division 2. in division 1 you will be able to charge 40euro a ticket and sellout probably depending on your stadium.
goodluck anyway :)
