If you don’t know how to make a tactic, look at a instruction movie, it will guide you in your basic for creating a tactic!

It is important to know that there is no basic set-up that will guarantee a great success (in opposite of the 3-5-2 set-up of hattrick). The midfield is certainly not the determinating factor. One of the Belgian top managers plays for example wit a 5-3-2. The golden rule of a good tactic is that is must be created for your players!

For example, you can better put slow defenders close to your own goal. Meanwhile you can put fast defenders a little bit away from the goal, so they can create the offside-trap. Midfielders with excellent statima can run more than a midfielder with average statima.Try different tactics, especially in friendlys, and watch witch tactic give the best result.. I would advice you change your tactic because your opponent can scout you and try to use your weak spots. For example if you put your defenders low they will put their strikers deeply. But…. you can do the same thing to them! You probably noticed that it isn’t that easy, but it makes it more exiting. If you are a good manager, your club will have success!

Hi there how can i observe the important of stamina in the game..

by text or by watch the game..

i can saw by detail the difference (ie. gunawan zulfikar/ my player) his run tackle etc look same from minute to minute

how important stamina is and in what kind of level that this skill just good enough to cover (i.e if solid is just not much different with excellent so i solid is just enough perhaps)

less stamina => faster exhausted => cant catch up during sprint, tackles less effective, striking less efficient, passing less accurate, cant dribble past a defender anymore, .... These things might be visible when watching your match.
I think stamina is a linear function with formidable stamina covering 90 minutes and good or solid covering 45 minutes.
