Subject: [Newbie] Stamina Coach

I want to train Stamina in the beginning stage so I hope I can hire a coach with as high as possible Stamina.

In Coach recruitment I set Stamina as magical and the rest as unsatisfactory.

However, unfortunately, the result is :

Training effectiveness:
solid of stamina, adequate of keeper
poor of pace, poor of defender
poor of technique, poor of playmaker
poor of passing, hopeless of striker

He is even worse than my original coach :

weak coach

Training effectiveness:
very good of stamina, average of keeper
good of pace, tragic of defender
weak of technique, tragic of playmaker
average of passing, hopeless of striker

But as people advised I need to hire a coach with unearthly Stamina to get to a maximum training effectiveness. Does it depend on luck or something else, because the fund is quite tight for a newbie. :-)

So, on the start you should take 4-5 weeks of stamina training. You aren't rich now (but after sold :-P) so hire coach with only unearthly stamina.

For your next training, In my opinion you should decide between pace or defend. Very good plan to improve team skill, and earn money is:

Buy 10 young defenders (17-19 years), if you already have some young defender, buy how many you need to ten. You should play then with tactic with 5 defenders. Change training to defender training, and hire coach with unearthly defender, and as it possible with unearthly pace. Young players should pops well.
