How many places should I set in the starting stage?

About youth school. I am sure, that tomorrow you will have money, but to youth school you need nice coach. In juniors coach important it's only head skill! It should be formidable or better, but formidable is at least to start youth school. In one week to youth school can come max 6 boys, so always changing number of places to 6 free. In youth school should stay at least weak players (if he have a lot of weeks to go).

YS is imporant for National Team, beacuse it give us chances to better future. One of Chnnese player, after my advice to open school earn 15 millions from one juniors, so if you have luck, you are on the good way to became millionaire :-P

To hire a formidable trainer, do I need to use Coach recruitment by Skills select or just go to transfer market to bid one? Which method is better?

You can try recruitment, but you don't be sure to get good one, and you will pay for it, so try to buy coach from transfer list, if there aren't any coach try second method, and select 7 formidable skills, without selecting goalkeeper, and if you are lucky you will get good one. But remember to don't pay weekly wage higher than 150 000¥
