Sectors
To improve efficiency of your players you should have good tactic. Tactic is the most important thing in sokker. You should remember, that you have to edit tactic in every sectors of the pitch. If you change white ball position you change sector. Tactic, which you choose for sector will be used in the match, when the ball will be in that sector.
Deffensive line
Good defend is the key to win the match. Your defenders shouldn't stay closer than 16-meters (only if the ball is in your penalty box, you have to back your defenders). When your players will stay in the front of penalty box, they will stopped opponents atack, and their strikers wouldn't make a shot.
Of course, when action is near opponent's penalty box, defend should go higher to prevent counter attacks.
Midfielders and wingers
Good High wing tactic is really powerfull. When you put your winger high (you can put him on the line with strikers) you must know that now many balls from defenders and midfielders will go to this winger. He should be one of the best player in your team, because defenders of your opponent will try to stop him. You must remember to put someone in blank, you can put offensvie midfelder there, because when you play with high wing, you don't have to play with offensive midfielder.
Skills important for each position
a)Goalkeeper
The most imporant skill for GK is keeper, when it is high, the goalkeeper will be able to saved more one-on-one situations, and strong shoots. He will be catch difficult balls too. Pace is really important too, because when GK is faster, he can go "high" on the one-on-one situations, or to ownerless ball. Third skills, which is good to have by GK is passing. When goalkeeper have nice passing, he will be pass the ball closely to his players.
b)Center Defender
Players on this position except defender, and pace need technique too! Players with good technique won't lose easy balls, and they will "catch" ball after pass. Next important thing is playmaker, player with good this skill, will "know what to do", and they will kick ball to the center of the pitch, not only on throw-ins.
c)Wing Defender
If your player don't have techniqe, put him on the left or right side of the deffensive line. Wing defender, need really nice pace, because wingers of opponents will try to run as close to penalty box, as it's possible. To kick ball higher on the pitch, wing defenders except playmaker needs passing, because is harder to kick it.
d)Defensive Midfielder
This position demand "universal soldier". Player need this skills: playmaker, defender, pace, technique (because he can't lose ball few meters to penalty box) and passing. He needs stamina too, because in match, he have to work hard for 90 minutes.
e)Center Midfielder
This player specially needs high level of playmaker, and passing, he don't have to be fast, but of course it's better if he is.
f)Winger
Wingers are really important for your team, you can win almost every matches, if you knwo what to do with good winger. Winger need passing, like no one else, high passing level give your player chances to play good ball to strikers. Winger must be fast, and pace is really important too. If your winger have technique too, he is a assist machine.
g)Striker
Not only striker, pace and technique is important for strikers, they need playmaker too! If your striker have at least adequate playmaker skill, he will make decision faster, and his decision will be better. Some strikers have defender skill too, to tackle opponents striker.

Thanks duwei, attack and midfielders is really strange to get a one good result, so I don't know how to write about it, but I'll write about tactic with "High wing", maybe somethink about defensive midfielders, and about strikers combination, in next few days.
