第一点: 不要乱花钱. 不要浏览转会市场, 不要看你的球场界面, 不要开青训学院, …! 在发展的初期就支出大笔的钱会限制你会限制你建立一支像样的球队, 从而让你在SK中感觉不到快乐。
第二点: 进入训练界面(右边的菜单中). 把训练项目改成“体能”.这并不需要指明训练哪个位置，即使他没参加比赛也会得到效果，因为体能会训练所有球员（本人经历，RP太差也会得不到训练的）。耐力能使球员打更长时间的比赛，能让球员发挥得更好. 体能能让你赢或者输掉一场比赛. 相对于其他技能，体能应该不必高于“11”。（就是数字11，这个我不记得怎么翻译了）
第三点: 你需要一个主教练. 记住，你只能找一个主教练. 不要聘请助理教练和青训教练!!! 当你训练体能而又不想乱花钱, 你能从训练界面招聘一名教练(右边的菜单). 在这个页面, 有一个连接是‘招聘教练’. 你点击他. 你能看到8个选项, 包括所有技能。 设置除了体能以外的所有选项为"2"(就是数字1.游戏里叫什么忘了，个人感觉选择1才对), 体能选择‘15’. 再点击招聘按钮. 你应该会招聘到一个‘13’ 或者更好的体能训练能力和相对较低的其他训练技能. 询问让一个有经验的玩家! 如果这个教练不错, 你可以接受他. 这个教练就会出现在训练界面上，显示为‘这个教练没有被分配任何工作". 在他的名字下选择他的工作为“主教练”. 现在你的主教练开始准备训练你的球员了!
第四点: 把你的球员清单发送给一个有经验的玩家. 他会告诉你哪些球员不错哪些球员是垃圾. 你能解雇那些没有一项技能是“4”以上的. 有经验的玩家会告诉你你的球员分别是打哪个位置的. 别买任何球员!!!
第五点:现在你有一批清理好了的球员并接准备好参加比赛了. 进入‘比赛’界面(在右边的菜单里). 里面的每一场未开始的比赛, 你会看到 ‘阵容设置’的按钮. 点击它. 你能在球场图案的下边设置你的战术. 旁边的阵容设置里面，你可以指定球员的位置和职责. 最多只能有3名ATT, 5名MID和5名DEF!!! 不要忘记保存! 保存之后，只要你需要，你可以设置条件指令，如换人等.
第六点: 尽量安排友谊赛!进入你的‘办公室’ 界面 (右边的菜单中) ，在屏幕上方点击‘友谊赛’ . 这里你也以接受邀请或者发布友谊赛广告. 经常浏览这个界面,因为有球员邀请友谊赛时是不会自动通知的! 其他方式邀请友谊赛也是可以的,但这个是最方便的.
第七点: 尝试创造自己的战术! 具体怎么做，那就是用观察力与创造力去设置战术位置。
Beginners' Guide
I received my team on sokker.org. What should I do … and what should I certainly not do? A small step by step guide to get around the first couple of weeks and settle your team.
Step 1: Do NOT spend any money. Do not visit the transfer list, do not visit your stadium page, do not start a youth school, …! Spending money from the start will almost limit your chances to build up a decent team, and thus limit the joy you’ll have when playing sokker!
Step 2: Go to the training page (right side menu). Change the training to ‘Stamina’. It is not important to specify what players you want to train, as stamina will be trained to all you players, even if they haven’t played a match! Stamina will allow your players to perform at their best for a longer time. The more stamina a player has, the longer he’ll play at his best. Stamina can make you win or lose a game. Unless the other skills, stamina can’t be higher than ‘Formidable’.
Step 3: You need a head coach. Mind that you only look for a head coach. Do NOT hire assistants or a youth coach yet!!! As you start training stamina and do not want to waste money, you will recruit a coach from the training page (right side menu). On that page, there is a section called ‘Recruit coach’. You click on it. Now you can see 8 scroll down menus, one for every skill. Set all menus on ‘unsatisfactory’, except for the stamina menu, where you select ‘magical’. Now click the recruit button. You should normally have a coach with ‘incredible’ or better on stamina, and quite low levels on the other skill. Show the coach to an experienced user to be sure! If the coach is ok, you can accept him. The coach is now visible on the training page as ‘Coach without a job’. Change his job by clicking on ‘head coach’ below his name. Your coach is now ready to train your players!
Step 4: Send your players’ list to an experienced manager (e.g. the one who sent you this message). He will tell you which players are decent and which ones are rubbish. You can already fire the players that don’t have any skill above the level ‘weak’. The experienced manager will tell you what the best position for each of your players is. Do NOT buy any players yet!!!
Step 5: Now you have a final list of players and you are ready to play a match. Visit your ‘matches’ page (right side menu). Below every upcoming game, you will see the ‘match orders’ button. Click on it. You are able to switch your tactics in the scroll down menu below the pitch image. Next to this image, you can appoint the player to the right position and give him an order. NOTE THAT ONLY 3 ATTACKERS, 5 MIDFIELDERS AND 5 DEFENDERS ORDERS ARE ALLOWED!!! Don’t forget to save! After saving, you can also set conditional orders if you want to.
Step 6: Try to arrange a friendly game! Go to your ‘office’ page (right side menu) and click on ‘friendly match’ in the upper side of the screen. Here you can accept invitations and advertise yourself. Check the page often, as there is no automatic notification when new teams are looking for a friendly! Other options to arrange friendlies are possible, but this should do for now.
Step 7: Try to create your own tactic! Details on how to do this and some basic principles can be found *location with help on creating tactics*
