I apologize again for my english and because i can't be able, at the moment, to write in cuban or spanish. I bag your pardon. I sincerely bag your pardon.
I know most of you are at University so, i argue, can fine understand me.
I like this National team and Cuba, and i deeply studied Taibo Paco Ignacio II.
Anyway, going back to sokker and soccer.
Assumed we must look for the best young cuban players Game can give us, without Alchemy Brews, they do not exist :-), and keeping in mind they are growing in skills, so can't be still fully considered the best available ...
Following ... is that i prefer, even if i'd like to have an excellent ratio between basic skills.
All: best stamina and tactical discipline they can reach
All: the best form is considered as heavy value, if skills are the same among players
Keeper: 1st: Keeping/Pace/Passing - 2nd: defending
Defenders: 1st: Defence/Pace/Stamina/Passing - 2nd: technique/play
Mids: 1st: Playmaker/Passing/Pace/Stamina/Tecn. - 2nd : defending
Scorer: 1st: Striker/Passing/Pace/Stamina/Tecn. - 2nd : playm/tecn.
Assumed this, alla players are different and you can use them considering opposites.
Sometimes are useful high defensive and fast mids, 'cause opposite is too much stronger and . . . you better run to stop him, sometimes are useful high tecnical mids to be able to use play and pass to serve nice assists to the striker.
There is no ONE SOLUTION for all. It's not a nike hat :-)
I use to play 4-4-2 or 4-1-3-2 with a defensive mid (or 2) ahead four high zone defenders.
This mid has high defensive skill, but obviously high pace/stamina/play and tecnicque.
I use a high play/pass/tecn/pace/stamina as PLAYMAKER, to serve fast and high strik/pass/pace/stam/tec strikers.
Wing mids must be fast and high passing/tec with strong stamina, 'cause they run all the game.
I prefer a formidable in basic skills then a magical in just one.
This is different for keeper. Keeping/Pace are enough, formerly, tactical and passing will come later with secondary training.
With new Game Engine hight will play a role, let me see how and ... how much.

Maybe you are right. It could be useful to me to write in espaniol, but i'm not so experienced, now.
English is my third "idioma". I speak in italiano, sardu and english.

The Question is: is Superataru strong enough to be U21 trainer?
I don't want to reply to all other candidates, but only to your (cuban players) questions and suggestions.
I don't want to work alone, i'd like to have help/critics from you all to improve team and myself.
Cappello for England, Trapattoni for Ireland, Ancellotti for Chelsea . . . why not Superataru for Cuba?

This seems unbelievable to me:
1 - I'm another user of this forum, and as such have no obligation to speak English as my language is Spanish. The same goes for users Cuba and other countries who can speak as they see fit. You have no right to demand as we speak the rest, just as we do not have any right to tell you how you should talk in the forums.
2 - who is running for election to the SN Cuba's you and not me nor the Cubans, so I think the most interested in themselves understood you. Here in Cuba the most common language used is Spanish.
If you've chosen to speak only English and have not made any effort to speak Spanish, for you are within your rights as English is a universal language, but then do not expect others to strive to speak in English so that your We understand. For this is no ultmo apartheid and not good to go around by becoming the victim. You have no right to say that this is an apartheid only to give you the same treatment that you give us idiomatic than people usually speak in Spanish.
3 - When you improve your Spanish, perhaps we can better explain your project and it is possible that managers can have better communication with you.

Hi. I don't want to go on with this matter. I always use to share, not to create a closed group.
I always have a look on Cuba and try to understand what all you write.
It's not an easy job to write in general, even more if it is not your own language.
Anyway, serving basic cultural points, it's out of time to be part of a Universal Game chaining all to just one language.
I'm sad for this.
Anyway, this will not have effect on my love for Cuba. :-)
