certainly I can't write in spanish, so I just tell you my plans in english:
Cuba has obviously not a world-class team - no wonder with the low number of managers. So the most important thing is to compensate this with a strong tactic. This season I managed to promote to the second german division after three seasons in the third division. So the experience should definitely not be a problem. :-)
Besides of that I'm actually training your Reyxander Concepción, who is a U21-player of Cuba. So I already have a closer eye on your team.
The main thing this season is to prepare the team for the next WC-qualification-round. So testing 19yo and 20yo players is important in my opinion. Second thing is to inform your community about the U21-team and the prospects of it.
