Good afternoon users from Cuba.My name is Spanu Alexandru and I canditate from NT Cuba.I am the manager from "fc tonus club",a team from league 3 in Romania,but we have 6 league.Last seson i finish at second position in a very hard league and in this seson i want to promotion in league 2.My team have som average rating to Cuba(64).I am a good tactician and what I want to go Cuba as high as i can.Thank you,and I hope to vote for me.

P.S. Sory,but i don't speak spanish also,if you have any answers i try to respond in spanish.

to be cuban manager you have to live with cuban, you have to help cuban, you have to win our trust,, so, no.. not anyone can be cuban manager.

Everyone is welcomed to apply as NT manager, it is up to the cubans to choose them or not. Relax a little bit.

yes...because i am an user with much experience than actual coach,i have much havy games than actual coach..and i am a similar team with Cuba,and actualy coach don't have

sory..but this is your opinion...in my opinion to be a cuban manager it is necesary to be a good coach,it is not necesary to live with cuban if you want to help this team.

i say live with cuban in sokker.. no in real live, i don't think that is enough to be a good coach, you have to be constant and responsibility.

i am new in this forum currently i have coached in 3 seosens nationally 1 time kenya and 2 times ozbekiston . but i will stay 1 more seosen in ozbekiston . and cuba has a great team in my opinion
