Hi Friends,
I'm WS-Chris manager of Warsong, that play in Polish Liga IV.19 now, but in this season I will try to reach promotion to a higher league. I would like to candidate for the position of coach of the Cuba U21 team.
MORE ABOUT ME:
Experience:
I've never coached any national team but I have a lot of experience working with young players. In my league team are always trained players 18-21 years old. As you know polish leagues are very difficult.
Tactic:
In my team I like play with 5 defenders, 1-2 midfielders set in the middle of the field, 1 winger and 2-3 strikers.
Moreover, I can offer to Cuba U21:
1- Experience of sokker, I play it since 2006-08-06
2- My knowlage and my desire to make my best as possible
3- I want to help all user by sharing my experience. If anyone will write me in order to have some suggestion,
4- I'm available almost 24h a day, seven days a week!
5- I have many friends who can help me manage your National Team
Plans:
The first and main issue, I would like to raise the ranking of your National Team.
Secondly I will try to reach the qualification to the world cup. By knowing the players that we have, I think that could be hard but not impossible.
