Estoy de nuevo candidato a las elecciones para dirigir la nacional sub-21 de Cuba.
el objetivo para la próxima temporada, será subir el ranking.
También vamos a preparar de la mejor manera posible, la siguiente temporada, la clasificación para la Copa del Mundo.
Mi disponibilidad será más alta hacia el equipo y la comunidad. Junto con ustedes y la federación "Amici di Cuba", voy a hacer todo lo posible para apoyar y desarrollar Sokker cuba.
Se propondrá nuevamente el "concurso" extreme doping, para animar a los propietarios de los jóvenes cubanos para entrenar a sus muestras.
Estoy disponible y abierto al diálogo con todos aquellos que quieren interactuar y colaborar con sugerencias y consideraciones o quiere hacerme preguntas sobre el futuro trabajo con la sub-21 ... el objetivo común para todos nosotros es llevar Cuba sub 21 a la copa del mundo.

Y nosotros todos te apoyamos y estamos contentos con que sigas con las mismas ganas de dirigir tan bien la U21. Estuvimos mas cerca que nunca de la clasificacion, todo cada vez se ve mas cerca gracias a los buenos DT que ha tenido la U21 durante algunas temporadas, tu has dado otro paso de avance y puede que tambien seas quien logre clasificar a Cuba para el mundial por primera vez. QUALIFICATION STAGE:
Format for europe: 23 countries = 5 group with 4 teams + 1 group with 3 teams.
Format for america: 18 countries = 3 group with 4 teams + 2 group with 3 teams.
Format for asia-oceania: 15 countries = 3 group with 4 teams + 1 group with 3 teams.
Format for africa : 10 countries = 1 group with 4 teams + 2 group with 3 teams.

qualify from europe: 34.85% x 32 team = 11.15 team = 11 team

- 32 countries participate in mini world cup will divided into 8 group.
- there will be divided into 4 pot with each pot filled by 8 teams acording to the ranking after match week 6.
- group and pot drawing will be use random generator machine.
- each continent will be representative by only 1 team for each group. except for europe and america that can be have 2 team in one group.
- winner and runner up from each group qualify to next stage.
