Hello, some topics for you :)
How do I want to work as a selector?
You can see my methods in the Philippines forum. After each match I will make a report and analysis.
I'm also going to add an announcement before the matches.
I would like to set up a Facebook group if you express such approval.
the upcoming season will be the sparring season, and Copa America - the goal is one - the podium.
Of course, I have a work plan for three seasons, sparring, elimination, and championship.
I would also like to introduce competitions - the prizes will be, like in the best teams, the PLUS account packages, as well as performances of several users of winning users.
I also intend to regularly add surveys, it's very cool opinion-forming.
I also have an idea to build a junior arcade league in which teams built from players of your country will play - I have already bought a few;)
I have a lot of ideas for this team, a very strong team with potential.
in arcade matches my club built almost 50 tactics, constantly tests new details, I improve the tactical system, thanks to which I was promoted to the 2nd Polish league - very strong.
I also have a lot of offers for friendly matches with strong teams, but the arrangements will be one week after the election.

and on another topic that saddens me a lot:
when I started hater appeared, if we set up an FB group I will show you what he wrote a few weeks ago and how he warned me that he would destroy the forum - ordinary envy. I will not publish it here because it is personal data and Polish law prohibits. The administration has already received these documents. I am also surprised that only one appeared, because there are several, but this is not a topic in the forum, if you want to know the details, I invite you to priv.
As you can see, I only volunteered and I was attacked, I didn't attack. it's a bad situation and I don't like it, that's why I will explain it to each of you and I will explain it disciplinary to the staff.
If you trust me I will give a lot of hard work and want to achieve good results. If I fail, I will leave myself
