Hello to everyone,

When a leader looses his vision, hi looses motivation, dedication, and a long-term plan! Its clear that the development of Sokker has stopped, and that our community of users are not the focus anymore for the owners.

Our goal is to check the volume of interest first, it will take you 1 minute to sign up to the interest list. With a bigger support, we will be able to gather an amazing & dedicated team, to develop a first "Alpha" version of a game inspired by this old version of Sokker.

Its time for something new, and if you are tired of this situation, finally we give the option to do something about it! Otherwise, don't wine and be happy as it is =)

Im a co-owner of a design studio based in Sweden working as product developer & designer. I run the studio with my colleague, he is an animator and looking forward to this project. Our core focus is to "Simplify ideas and concept by design and animated graphic movies". We have helped many entrepreneurs to realise their ideas & visions whether it has been a physical or digital product.
So we have some great plans for this game! (Smallest example: Tutorials or help section should be in animated videos, not a long bunch of text), and much more.

I love this game, and back in 2008 i won the Sokker design contest with 10 years PLUS (that is still there) with my design concept. That design was never implemented by the dev team.

I know that we have a great group of coders in here, just check the thread:
"[New Game] How many coders are here?", i tried last year to start a development of a game, and searched the forums for coders. (See examples below).

Here is example of the last concept, this one is already outdated, we are sketching on a even better version of a first game. I showcase this to you, so you can see a little of my dedication over the past years! And now, i want to develop a game with the community in the centre.

Please bare in mind a few details:
- sk is simple;
- sk is cheap;
- sk has a 2d/3d game viewer
- sk has no interested devs

Please keep the first 3 and loose the last one :) Good luck!

I will try, we will probably start with 2D viewer. But a light and good first version.

I move this to the freestyle topic. Its a nice idea, i'm in.

For me 2d is sufficient. I personally never use 3d. I,m not a developer, but you have my subscription. I'll help in any other way you'll see fit.

don't bother for the 3D version....this will be your very last concern!
From my side, i don't want it at all!!!

Thank you guys for the support, actually the first version is going to be only 2D.

So first, we will make a simple but good 2D version, and later develop it to a better 2D. 3D will be discussed though later on.

But i also believe that this could be good for sokker, the devs maybe start to do something to save this game.
