Am o nedumerire... Se spunea mai sus ca pana acum viteza se antrena mai greu decat celelalte skill-uri. Bun... Vinerea trecuta am folosit in amical 2 jucatori pe pozitie de mijlocasi (nefiind selectati intre cei 10 antrenabili intesiv) pe care i-am antrenat la viteza.... Iar acum imi apar in tabel cu antrenament de 70%, la fel ca si ceilalti jucatori antrenati la alte skill-uri...
Oare nu cumva acum, in noile conditii de antrenament, viteza se antreneaza la fel de eficient ca si celelalte skill-uri ?...

The most effective training to rapidly develop selected skills for selected players.
- Available for up to 10 players in a given week.
- Requires assigning a player to the advanced training list and selecting the formation with which he will train.
- The player will intensively train the skill indicated for the selected formation in the "PLAN YOUR PLAYERS' TRAINING" table. Other skills will be developed only slightly.
- The effectiveness depends on the number of minutes played in the week before training (the preceding Friday to Wednesday) in official, friendly and national team matches.
- If there are no minutes played in the selected position, the player will receive advanced training at 50%.
- The real increase in a player's skills depends on the coaching staff, with the value of the coached skill with the head coach having the greatest influence, followed by the sum of the overall level of the assistant coaches.

FORMATION TRAINING:
In order to ensure the development of players who did not catch the advanced training, formation training is available, which is much less effective, but still allows some progress to be made and, very importantly for older players, prevents a decline of skills.

- Requires the player to be assigned a formation to train with.
- The player will moderately train the skill indicated for the selected formation in the "PLAN YOUR PLAYERS' TRAINING" table. Other skills will be developed to a minor effect.
- The effectiveness depends on the number of minutes played in the week before training (the preceding Friday to Wednesday) in official, friendly and national team matches.
- In case of a shortage of minutes in the selected position, the player will not train.

Din cate îmi aduc aminte s-a specificat la un moment dat într-un jurnal, ca viteza se va antrena la fel de greu ca înainte.
Daca este asa nu vor mai fi mulți care sa antreneze viteza, mai degrabă antrenezi portar, tehnica, atac decât viteza.
Sper totuși sa ma înșel.

S-a dorit si pare ca s-a reusit eliminarea super jucatorilor (vedetelor) din Sokker. Practic, daca inteleg eu bine, cu noul tip de antrenament nu mai renteaza sa antrenezi super jucatori, antrenamentul favorizand mult mai tare rotatia in detrimentul calitatii. Va fi si mai greu sa ai o echipa legata pentru ca rotatia jucatorilor atrage dupa sine lipsa de disciplina tactica. Acum ganditi-va ca unii manageri se mai implicau in Sokker doar pentru placerea de a construi vedete pentru NT si aici ma refer la userii experimentati, cu trofee care alt obietiv in joc nici nu mai au. Sper sa ma insel dar eu cred ca vom pierde acea parte a comunitatii care mai juca acest joc doar din nostalgie. Printre acestia din urma, din pacate (sau din fericire) ma numar si eu.

Eu consider că acum poti face și performanță ( joci cu 6-7 jucători vedeta de 27-31) și poti și antrena 4-5 Jucători de 23-26 de ani , plus 4-5 de 17-18 ani. Înainte cand doreai sa antrenezi, se sacrifică 100% performanța. Pentru cine are bani acum, e ideal.

Si pentru cine nu are bani? Corect din punctul meu de vedere era sa ni se prezinte forma finala a antrenamentului cu macar un sezon inainte (daca nu doua). Ca unii din noi sunt acum fortati sa-si schimbe planurile din mers, sa se adapteze la noul stil de antrenament. Are cineva idee cum va impacta treaba asta piata de transferuri? Cred ca nimeni nu s-a gandit la treaba asta.
Gandirea macroeconomica nici nu cred ca a existat. In loc sa se echilibreze discrepantele majore intre incepatori si userii vechi eu zic ca se vor adanci din ce in ce mai mult si nu vad nici o rezolvare.
Eu zic ca vor ramane tot la fel. Sokkerul e un joc in care trebuie sa gandesti putin si sa ai rabdare. In ziua de azi totul e pe rapid. Regulamentul stufos si putin confuz nu ajuta. De aia majoritatea prefera sa intrebe pe forum decat sa citeasca un roman. Userii vechi nu prea vor ajute si sa si dezvaluie micile secrete… :)
Nu mi vine sa cred ca sunt useri in liga a treia cu destul de mult vechime, cu jucatori foarte buni, care inca joaca cu tactica data de joc.

Eu cred ca trebuie sa ai putina rabdare! Nu stiu de ce, dar am senzația ca si acu vom putea sa facem niste monștri, mai alea ca poti antrena mai multe skiluri deodată!
Sezonul e mai scurt, din start pornești cu un dezavantaj.
Din contra, chiar cred ca sunt efecte macro. In 2-3 sezoane se vor topi bucati bune din bugetele celor cu seiful plin. Pana cand afla lumea cum sa faca bani din nou :))
Am un jucător accidentat pe care l am setat pe antrenament avansat. Îmi apare 50% randament antrenament. S-o fi antrenat cu asistentele... ;)
