no, its not that easy. you can not have better player than 3xdivine ATT, 2xdivine def et so.
the difference is so small between top NT`s, that its all depending from section, tactic, forms and bit luck.

there are 4-5 NT`s at the same level as polska. you should see Piolish defs - im sure, they would not be concerned as Romanians first selection.

and why Romania? as i said, best community, lots of interest and a real chance being first one, who won WC twice with different teams:)

dude, no offense, but you just relegated to third polish league, in a tight match, where your "tactics skills" should be enough to win that game :)

i repeat, no offense. But how you will manage to win NT teams, where all the matches are the same as your relegation match was ( i mean very tight ).

So, i assume you will tell us you had bad luck. And i assume you will tell us that you had bad luck after Romania will lose some matches , with you as a coach.

So , in conclusion, i think Romania has far more better coaches then you. Polska has far too good players to need a brilliant coach to win again the WC. Polska only needs a good coach. And you are a good coach, but not brilliant.

i cant win all my games, especially when having no real skill trading players. and, yeah, im not the mega-marvelous guy who wins everything 10-0. im beatable as well, just like aaalinh, phil_fox and all other nice tacticians in sokker. thats all, what did you expect? a mega-zord of sokker?

it's true, you have a good part, in my opinion: you will be objective in choosing players.
but, this is not enough .....

nu stiu cum vedeti voi obiectivitatea asta la alegerea jucatorilor, dar cred ca toti antrenorii au fost obiectivi, nu inteleg ideea asta...
eu, cel putin, cand aleg jucatorii, nici macar nu ma uit la numele lor! Ca sa nu mai zic de numele echipei de club... ma uit strict la calitati, iar de abia cand vad pe unul care corespunde cerintelor mele, ma uit la nume si-l chem la lot/joc...

edit: bine, ca dupa o vreme incepi sa-i inveti pe de rost, e partea a doua...

Trebuie sa recunosti ca nu toti sunt obiectivi. E normal cum faci tu, dar cateodata se mai gasesti cate unul (destul de rar sub 5% din antrenori), care sa nu tina cont de aceste reguli.

m-am referit la faptul ca existe multe competitii "prostesti" intre antrenorii de top romani.
stii prea bine ca unii nu isi dau jucatorii la nationala pentru ca e antrenor "x", altii nu trimit datele actualizate in baza de date... etc....
nu zic ca toti fac asa, dar sunt destule cazuri.

i hope that you never win the election and no other stranger , i hope one day that Romania could win the World Cup , but with a romanian coach ... don't think i'm a nationalist ... most of the players that romania have are trained by romanian coaches with lot of effort and sacrifices, we comunicate and we try to make our best team every World Cup ... and some stranger to come an get the team eventualy if he win to go with the prizes ... no way, we live and we fight togheter and when we win ... we all win ... capisci ...
