De aici rezulta ca daca eu antrenez ''DEF'' si atacantul va primi antrenament de DEF doar ca nu asa eficient ca si fundasii?
Exact. Presupunand ca antrenezi DEF la fundasi, vor primi DEF si restul compartimentelor (mai mult decat un rezidual dar mult mai putin decat un antrenament normal)

Nah,asta nu o stiam...
Totusi,deaici,inseamna ca si treaba cu talentul e cam degeaba...Adica...Eu pot antrena un atacant la atac si il joc DEF.Si creste la 10 saptamani,cu antrenament de ST poate ar creste la 4.Deaia cam trebuie specificat gen ''talent 4 at striker,played as def,mid,bla bla'' si eu unu n'am vazut asa ceva pana acuma...

Asta pentru ca restul pozitiilor se antreneaza mult mai putin. Nu este un antrenament chiar sesizabil ... Cum am spus, este ceva mai mult decat un simplu rezidual, insa nu poate fi comparat cu un antrenament intreg (nici pe departe).
Singurul lucru bun este ca acest antrenament (sa-i zicem suplimentar) se vede in timp crescand mult sansa de a avea pop-upuri la DEF in compartimentele in care nu ai antrenat DEF.

stai ca nu ne-am inteles...
eu am 10 mijlocasi si vreau sa-i antrenez la aparare,ii joc cu ordin mid sau cu ordin def ?Adica eficienta e aceeasi ?Stiu ca se antreneaza compartimentul selectat de mine si restul compartimentelor mai putin...

Is there a difference between these 2 trainings:
1. when you train pass for MID and player who plays in DEF or ATT position gets pass training
2. when you dont train pass but players still get pass training (general)
second is called general right ?

yes, there is a difference
general training (second) is around 10% of individual training. Passive training (like most people call the first) is around 20-25%.

pai scrie in regulament ca toate compartimentele se antreneaza la fel la aparare ...
in cazul in care s-ar fi antrenat mai putin mijlocasii decat fundasii se specifica clar, la fel ca in cazul skillului de atac :
