Subject: [VOT] Electorale - Discuţii
Eu ti-am mai spus ca ai exagerat cu gluma asta. Mai mult decat atat, vad ca si alte persoane pot posta fotografiile pe care le-ai postat tu acum ceva vreme; asta nu inseamna decat ca ma felicit ca nu am candidat.

la aia mici e simplu: a-nceput - n-are decat sa continue:P Votul tău: AAAlin [132578], schimbă
la cei mari e tare greu... si lord si sir (zis kreator) sunt doi candidati cu greutate, a coror competenta sokkeristica este indiscutabila, iar sharoni a avut rezultate notabile ca selectioner, dar nu la un nivel de cel al nationalei noastre. asa ca strict pe criterii de competenta nu pot face o alegere.
lui lord i-as acorda votul pentru ca, intr-un moment delicat, s-a dovedit dedicat nationalei, punandu-si chiar si steluta la bataie - respectele mele
pe sir l-as vota pentru simtul umorului (calitate care nu cred ca ar trebui sa-i lipseasca unui selectioner) - simpatia mea.
asa ca - berea si micii i i-ati trimis doar lui antimatter, la mine cand ajung?:P

Time to remind for those who still didn't decide who to vote for and those who didn't read my speech (because it's long i guess..:-)
- I managed 2 "foreign" NT's, after my 3 seasons in Israel, in the last 15 seasons combined (12 in Latvija, 3 in Scotland) and i don't think you will hear one bad word in any of them about me or the job done, so don't think i'm just coming for a ride and go away by leaving nothing.
- As said, i give more credit for local trained players as they more likely to be trained to the highest levels, also this helps the connection between the NT and the community and it's a key in my eyes and one of my main principles.
- Will also add that since the community here is big and active, before NT matches we will make pulls about how do you think we should play and / or who to choose from X Y Z and etc.
- And as i answered in the questions topic, we can also make toto type competitions and the winner will get a player of his choice to play for the NT and stuff like that, you can offer your opinions as well.
- Last thing, i have no stuff of people around me or "round table" or other stuff that was writen or suggested here, honestly i don't know what's true and what's not, and i don't really care, for me the community is the real stuff of the NT, that's my way and how it was done in any place i have been and it won't change regardless of which NT i manage.
So let's have a good (and clean..) final week of elections..

Nimic de zis, exista aici o experienta internationala deloc neglijabila, si sunt convins ca au fost si rezultate la nationalele respective. Doar ca aici vorbim de un alt nivel, fiindca eu nu as compara niciuna din cele trei nationale (ISR, LAT, SCO) cu echipa Romaniei, o fosta castigatoare de cupa mondiala.
Din aceasta cauza eu am spus ca in actuala grupa de calificare nu castigarea tuturor meciurilor si calificarea la cupa mondiala cu punctaj maxim ar trebui sa fie provocarea reala, intrucat acest lucru il poate face orice selectioner bine intentionat si serios... cu toate ca actuala situatie m-ar putea contrazice. EU consider ca provocarea adevarata ar trebui sa fie una de genul "vreau sa castig meciul cu Islanda folosind jucatori U 26" sau "castig meciul cu Misr avand trei jucatori U 23".
Sper ca Google translate sa nu altereze esentialul postarii mele :)

That's fine, i think google translator is doing well (and i can understand some words and sentences as well..;-)
Well, like you said, Romania has better players (at least in most positions) than Scotland, Latvija and Israel (when i managed Israel we had formidable and outstanding players, still we missed the WC by 1 point at that time..), and yes, qualifying should be a sure thing and challenges like you said are interesting, playing younger players where it will be possible is first pariority and you can be sure against weaker teams we will play with younger players, but i can't say right now that against Island we will play with U26 or something like that because:
A) I don't know how good is the Romania U26 - i need to see all the players first.
B) As long as we aren't sure to qualify than taking risks like that is always dangerous, don't forget in this new match engine anything can happen + i learned that you should never underestimate teams in this game - especialy teams like Island for example, as they have an experienced manager and they can always surprise you (trust me, i have been on the other side - i know how it is and sometimes the stronger teams payed for that so i'm the last one in this game you will see that will underestimate his opponent..;-)

I know some here like anaconda, i just remembered that last season i played with Scotland against him when he managed Holland..

faptul ca Romania e o echipa mai buna ca cele mentionate de tine nu e decat un avantaj ptr el atata timp cat a avut rez bune cu echipe mai slabe.

daca tot a sosit vremea pentru "reminder" si pentru a nu face trimitere la discursul de inscriere in cursa pentru postul de selectioner al echipei U-21, haideti sa reiau, in mare, argumentele pe care le pot prezenta in favoarea candidaturii mele:
- 5 promovari in 6 sezoane cu echipa de juniori cu obtinerea titlului de Campion National la juniori
- obtinerea celei mai bune linii de clasament a unei echipe campioane in Liga Nationala de juniori
- stabilirea obiectivului maximal in competitie ( cu echipa nationala Romania U-21 )
- caracteristica personala de a fi perfectionist in analizarea fiecarei partide / tactici / selectii, pentru a obtine rezultatul cel mai bun posibil din fiecare partida
- din punctul de mai sus rezultand ca necesara si capacitatea de a analiza, comunica, fiecare alternativa propusa de voi, pentru a avea cel mai bun raspuns si a face cea mai buna alegere in fiecare aspect care priveste partida urmatoare. Deschiderea spre comunicare cu utilizatorii sokker cred ca va aduce un plus important de valoare echipei nationale.
Va multumesc anticipat !
