They are all teams that can beat. The Portugal plays well. I played with belgium. Scotland loses Ale70 that trains Italy so I think it's easy to pass the turn.
You know that game against you willingly. I still have to buy your own player :)

Am citit pe aici niste discutii legate de staff si implicit de scouteri. Fratilor, ca si scout trebuie sa iti placa sa faci o munca migaloasa, sa ai rabdare si cel mai important sa ai chef. Acum 300 de ani cand am facut si eu parte din staff ul u21 fiecare scouter primea o lista de 20-25 de jucatori de la alde ady cu steluta sau lord si trebuia sa contactam fiecare proprietar in parte. Dupa ce primeai skill urile trebuia sa le actualizezi. Nu mai spun ca puteai sa dai peste cate un dilimac cu care trebuia sa duci lupta de lamurire. Acum cand interesul fata de sokker la noi a scazut considerabil e mare minune ce s-a realizat atat la echipa mare cat si la cea mica. Trebuie apreciata munca tuturor, de la cel mai mic pana la cel mai mare.

I agree with you. My hope is that I can work with current staff who well know the database. The database is updated. There are players not upgraded from two or three months but it could be that they did not shoot anybody. I would like the database continues to be updated by Romanian users because it is an asset of the community. If there was no willingness to help me I would bring Italian users who has been working with the database. For me it is important that the staff be Romanian. Canegrate and Robertzel could be help me.

I'd like to address scouting because Romania does have a large amount of players in sokker. I will work with scouts should they approach and wish to help, but I am totally fine with going out and spending hours/days/weeks messaging everyone so that we can have the best team possible!

When I was coach for the US NT, I went and found multiple undiscovered players to join our NT that had never been updated or noticed before, and I plan to do the same for Romania.

This is a very good group draw for us, and deserved one too considering how well Romania has done. I have faced Portugal twice during my time as the US coach in the past and I believe I tied them once and beat them another time. This was with a lower ranked US team (rank 35 at the time) though so I know with this strong Romanian team we will win. Scotland will be of a similar ranking and then below that I am not worried.

Overall very happy!

Scotland may lose Ale, but gets K@rol instead, with few other experienced users at his disposal.

But Romania could be gets Cinolex ;) I'm no so bad and we have the greatest player for my tattics. Whit this men I could achieve greatest scores.

Ce te recomanda sa conduci o nationala care chiar si cu o tactica default se poate califica, din moment ce cu ScotiaU21 nu ai rupt gura targului, altfel spus ScotiaU21 era de locul 3, a terminat pe locul 3, cu ce vii ca sa imbunatatesti performantele? Aici vorbim de calitatea managerului, nu de calitatea lotului.

Ps. Ai avut 2 baze de date aproape actualizate la zi, atat baza mea cat si a lui JMPunk, ca sa evitam reaspunsuri, nu am stiut skill-urile jucatorilor. Tu practic ai lucrat cu cel mai bun lot pe care l-a avut ScotiaU21 in ultimii ani.

vreau sa folosesc tactici default ca sa castig CM.
la Scotia am facut mai mult ca altii :) desi n-am avut decat mark 50, nu 56. :)
nu sunt extraordinar, cum se crede si asta, dar mai bine eu decat alt strain, care doar vrea sa bifeze cea mai ravnita en.

cum vere cel mai bun lot cand eu am scos mark 50,.. iar tu cu mark 56, peste cel de pe locul 2, abia ai strans 17 pcte, sau cat naiba? :))) iar o dai in strachini, da-o naibii de treaba :))
n-am folosit bd-urile voastre.

Ale 70 tot strain e si el, a fost ales,a comunicat ,a castigat . Am vazut la el:atitudine,determinare ,inteligenta,comunicare si repet,e un strain!
