Scuze, daca te deranjeaza intr-un fel statisticile postate, le sterg.Sau poti sterge si tu, ai toate butoanele magice.
Oricum nu vor decide astea in privinta selectionerului viitor.
Esti roman, se pare ca atat iti va ajunge sa devii castigator.
PS:Nu lua de rau criticile mele, l-am criticat si pe Ale70 inainte sa ne aduca aurul:D

subliniezi multe chestii pe langa i-zsolt ,in pintscreen-urile alea,eu nu ma prind ce vrei sa arati...Incerci sa critici ceva dar nu stii cum,cam asta e concluzia..
Atunci eram cel putin 2-3 scouteri pe fiecare compartiment si lumea era mai implicata. Astazi vezi o gramada de frecangeala pe forumuri.
Daca ai avea acces la forumul staff-ului ai vedea topic-uri pline de jucatori de toate categoriile.

am schimbat cateva mail-uri cu cinolex,pare o persoana bine intentionata,dispus la comunicare/colaborare cu noi toti si care chiar vrea sa duca Romania acolo unde au dus-o Dew ,Ale si anaconda!

aveai o generatie de exceptie (cu fantasticii Butulescu/Fratila in atac)
cat de "fantastic" era pe vremea aceea atacul reiese si din raportul suturi/goluri si din faptul ca fratila juca in mod constant, desi avea doar 20 de ani si rezistenta slab. Niciunul dintre ei nu era cu mult mai breaz decat (ca sa aleg un jucator pe care-l cunosti) Dean Brooks

I am very impressed by what I read. I don't know why the Italians should consider Romanians below. If I' consider Romanians below, I wouldn't stand with a national created by inferior.
I wouldn't call with lesser beings.
The reality, my reality is another. I always met and befriended with Romanians and for good.
In December I met on a ship 7 Romanians who worked at the casino. We were always together. They spoke a good Italian and I told how in romania there were many places with the sea and the mountains. Told me that couldn't wait to get home. they Had with their wives who worked at the casino.
When I was younger I watched with admiration George Hagi, then the first Mutu, back when he was a fantastic player.
In these years I met people like Canegrate which are shown very good people. He is close friends with Ale 70. True friend. During these elections I met Robertzel. Very helpful and hospitable.

1. Care crezi ca e cea mai mare performanta a ta in sokker ?
Cea mai buna performanta a mea este realizata cu fortele proprii, lucru mai important decat sa cumperi niste jucatori care deja arata foarte bine . Ai postat jocurile pe care Lord Legolas le-a pierdut/castigat, si se pare ca nu a reusit nimic mai mult decat ceea ce era asteptat de la el, chiar a avut ceva dificultati in cateva meciuri unde markul era cam la fel.
Acestea fiind spuse, va prezint niste, va prezint o serie de rezultate din primul sezon al meu din Major League http://imgur.com/a/5JNy7
Dupa cum ati putut observa, am avut una dintre cele mai slabe echipe din serie, in II am stat tot un singur sezon inainte sa promovez. aAm avut de asemena cea mai tanara echipa din campionat. Rezultatele obtinute au fost posibile datorita superioritatii tactice( am folosit un system 4-3-3, modificat in functie de adversar), iar aproape in fiecare meci mi-am dominat adversarul, culminand cu o clasare pe locul 2 dupa ce am pierdut chiar ultimul meci, pe care de altfel trebuia sa mi-l adjudec.
Cred ca este un bun exemplu in a ilustra ceea ce pot face in Sokker. In ultimii 3 ani am terminat tot timpul in top 3, avand cea mai tanara echipa, si sunt convins ca daca as avea jucatori mai buni decat in momentul acesta, n-as avea competitie. Nu-mi place sad au exemple negative, dar Lord Legolas pur si simplu nu pare a fi potrivit pentru a indeplini obiectivele pe care ar trebui cu o nationala ca cea a Romaniei. Pentru aceea dintre voi care au lucrat cu jucatori care scot mark 70-80, stiti ca e cu totul alt nivel decat la u21, sau in liga a V-a, si chiar daca Lord Legolas a avut o echipa buna acum ceva vreme, motorul s-a schimbat mult de atunci. Consider ca ar trebui sa fiu prima optiune a voastra datorita experientei mele cu jucatorii de top, dar si pentru modul in care ii asez in teren.
2. Se face referire prea mult la nationalitate aici. Vad o multime de discutii cu privire la faptul ca Romania este o nationala mult mai buna decat celelalte, iar strainii vor doar s-o conduca datorita acestui lucru, dare u nu sunt de accord cu voi. Eu sunt aici deoarece vreau sa conduc nationala Romaniei catre victorie, si consider ca sunt cea mai buna solutie odata cu plecarea lui DoTheDew. In USA avem un manager destul de dedicate, care este si prieten cu mine, si il sustin sa candideze in continuare, si tocmai de aceea am hotarat sa aleg tara voastra, si nu USA. Cred ca nationalitatea mea, si a lui cinolex n-ar trebui sa afecteze votul vostru. Daca voi fi ales, va promit ca voi face tot ce imi sta in putinta pentru aceasta nationala. Performantele mele sper ca v-au aratat pasiunea mea pentru acest joc , cat si dorinta de a fi mereu invingator, si voi trata cu aceeasi seriozitate fiecare meci, astfel incat Romania sa ramana acolo unde ii este locul. N-o sa va para rau daca imi veti acorda increderea voastra. Ca de obicei, ma loghez in fiecare zi, si sunt disponibil la orice intrebare ati avea.

I would like to address 2 things today:
1. What you think is what best performance from your Sokker ?
My best performance came from my own personal performance, which I think means a lot more than just taking a bunch of players who are already amazing. You were showing the games that LordLegolas won/lost before and it looked like he didn't do anything beyond what was expected and even had some difficulties in some games where the ratings were close.

As you can see, I had one of the lower rated teams and I was only in League 2 for 1 season before promoting. My team was also the youngest team in the Major League at this time. That being said, you can see for yourself just how well my team performed thanks to superior tactics (I kept using the 4-3-3 tactic but I modified it as needed for games). In almost every single games I outshot my opponents and I ended up coming in 2nd place overall in the league by losing that last game, which I should have won :)
I think this is a great example of a solid performance in Sokker and what should be looked at. I currently have finished in the Top 3 three years in a row now (with one of the youngest teams) and I know that with very skilled players there will be no contest. I do not like bashing other candidates but LordLegolas is in League V and simply doesn't seem to have the experience or results in my mind to lead Romania to victory. For those of you who have worked with 70-80+ star rating players, you know that they behave differently than U21 players or League V players and even though Lord Legolas had a better team a long time ago, the match engine has changed a lot since then. I believe you should vote for me because I have the experience of working with top players and have proven that I can perform well with them.
2. There is too much discussion of nationality in here. I see a lot of talk about Romania being better than other countries or foreigners looking to just take over because they want a good team or whatever. I do not like this and I think we should let it go. I am here because I want to bring the Romanian National Team to victory and I believe I am the best candidate for the job with DoTheDew stepping down. In my country we have an extremely dedicated NT coach who is also a friend of mine so I am supporting him to run for US NT once again, which is why I am not running there. I do not believe every country has pros and cons and I think my nationality and being a foreigner (and same for cinolex) should not affect whether you vote for us or not. If I am elected I promise you I will do everything in my power to do the best for the country that you love. My performances in this game hopefully show my passion and dedication to winning, and I will use that same passion to make sure the Romania NT is the greatest team. You will not be sorry if you vote for me. As always I log in every single day and am available for any questions that you have.

Summary:
1. After being in B League, I won my A league in 1 season and then finished in 2nd place in the Major league the first time being there, outshooting my opponents almost every game and having the youngest team.
2. Please do not think that just because I'm not Romanian that I won't care about this team or do the best job that I can possibly do. I wish we could remove nationality completely from the picture during the voting process because I think it's irrelevant and a cheap point to vote/not vote for someone. It should be based on passion and qualifications.
