Salut sunt ohh...
Obiectivul este clar calificare la CM.
Cateva idei legate de titularizarea jucatorilor...
-minim rezistena 7
-forma minim 10
-vor juca jucatorii cu cele mai bune skiluri
-nu vor fi faforizati jucatori
-proprietari jucatorilor vor decide titularizarea jucatorilor , doar cu acceptul lor se va face asta
-inainte de meci jucatorii selectati pentru titularizare si rezerve vor trebui pusi pe topic sa le vad skilurile reale

Nu am avut rezultate deosebite cu echipa de club, am ajuns doar pana in Liga 2... dar asta se va schimba in cateva sezoane! :D
Cei care sunt mai "vechi" stiu insa ca mereu am avut multi pustani in echipa, cu care am promovat, iar in Liga 2 jucam cu jucatori de 22-23 ani in aparare (Dudnic, Gaina, Gherghe, Mihart, Rat, Vlasceanu), fostii fundasi de la Romania U21! :)
Majoritatea timpului am jucat sokker cu jucatori tineri, asa ca pot spune ca am idee ce si cat pot face "juniorii" pe timpul unui meci!!! rezistenta, viteza, cat si celelalte skiluri sunt un pic altfel ca la un jucator de 27 de ani... ;)
Romania U21 este (probabil) cea mai puternica nationala la nivelul U21, tinand cont de locul din clasament si rezultatele de la ultimele campionate mondiale!!! daca voi fi ales, voi incerca sa mentin echipa la acelasi nivel, obiectivul pricipal pentru cele 2 sezoane fiind calificarea la mondial, respectiv medalia de aur!!!
Nu am gaşcă, asa ca daca se va intampla vreun accident, o sa fiu singurul tras in tzeapa (si nu fac referire aici la userul cu acest nick) :))
Am mai participat la alegeri si (surprinzator pentru mine) am obtinut un numar destul de mare de voturi in urma cu 2 sezoane la nationala mare a Romaniei, fiind aproape de Legolas... probabil lordu' are multi dusmani!!! :P
Referitor la jucatorii de la U21: vor juca cei mai buni, fara pile, insa vor primi minute si cei care sunt antrenati pentru nationala, ai caror proprietari fac "sacrificii" pentru U21!!! in meciurile amicale vor fi testati jucatorii ce vor participa la urmatorul turneu final!!!

Buna seara comunitatii romanesti!
Mi-am depus candidatura din nou, pentru a duce la sfarsit aceasta campanie. Cel mai probabil ultima pe plan national.
In ultimul sezon am realizat urmatoarele:
- calificare la mondial de pe primul loc
- 14 victorii consecutive, 1 egal si 1 infrangere
- cel mai mare mark din istoria Sokerului - 87,9
- am readus Romania pe locul 1 pe natiuni si am realizat un raking de 3364, cel mai bun din ultimele 3 sezoane
- promovarea catorva jucatori promitatori, cum ar fi Rusu, Titirica, Anton, Pacalici si altii
Sezonul trecut am luat bronzul la CM si am castigat Campionatul European U27.
Pentru sezonul urmator doresc castigarea aurului la Campionatul mondial, castigarea campionatului U27 si promovarea altor jucatori mai tineri la nationala, care sa fie baza pentru urmatoarele sezoane.
In cazul in care castig, voi porni un nou concurs de pronosticuri care va avea premiul I un Plus pe 6 luni (sau mai mare), si minim primele 4 locuri vor fi premiate.
Va astept cu un vot AICI

My name is Rodrigo Carvalho, but in sokker I am known as Woody!
My career in U21 teams: The beginning
I started as a scout in Brazil U21 and at that time we could get a good team, reaching the semi-finals in U21 WC losing to Poland at that time! We got a good job encouraging the community to train Brazilian players! I got a chance to coach to create tactics and choose the team in two matches! It was my real beginning, a little discreet! (1 win, 1 lose)
Brasil U20 0 : 1 Scotland U20

At the end of the season I had decided to get experience as coach, so i decided to coach U21 Peru!
Peru U21 - Season 1
It was a brilliant season, I made my debut in an official game, a 5-1 victory against Slovenia, and started the season with a great sequence (5 wins in 5 games)! Peru qualified for the U21 WC as first position (best campaign in Perú U21 in WCQ and in a season only) and I became the first Brazilian to classifying a team for the U21 WC that was not Brazil! In total were 10 wins / 3 draws / 3 losses, one of the best U21 Selections campaigns that season, surpassing even the campaign of the Brazilian Team!

So was the biggest test for me, the World Cup U21! Perú did not fall into an easy group, had Spain, Uruguay and Latvija, we started the U21 WC with a victory over Spain (2-1) for me this was the best game I did as coach in sokker, because I managed to win without having used my best player who had an injury early in the game and because the Spanish team was far superior than Perú! The second game was a easy win vs Latvija (8-1) and lost the third game to Uruguay (1-0), Perú was eliminated in eightfinals by Azerbaijan (1-0), A defeat that did not use the best options by injuries during the U21 WC! Then they were friendly with the U20 team that was not a good team and so we lost many games, 4 wins / 1 draw / 9 losses in 2nd season.

After sought to a good experience with the Peruvian team, I decided to venture out as coach of my country! I had enough problems because the team had problems in diverse positions, so the start with Brasil U21 was not so encouraging, but we have been improving during the season and so classifying for the U21 WC! 8 wins / 4 draws / 4 losses in 1st season.

I enjoy doing my work with the community, a good coach knows the community is the fruit of doing a good job! I like to be very participative with the users!

- Being able to dialogue with the community (I think that at the moment is the big problem because it is a different language, but I will commit myself to learn a bit of it!)
- Winning all matches

My working method as U21 coach:
I enjoy doing my work with the community, a good coach knows the community is the fruit of doing a good job! I like to be very participative with the users!
My objectives for the season:
- Qualify to U21 World Cup
- Stay in 1st place in ranking
- Being able to dialogue with the community (I think that at the moment is the big problem because it is a different language, but I will commit myself to learn a bit of it!)
- Winning all matches
