da clar ...poate nu in toate meciurile ... si aici ma refer la cei care folosesc 3 att , este nebunie sa joci cu 3 fundasi

Cred ca mai importanta decat tactica principala este aceea de "avarie" (o tactica secundara care sa intre in vigoare in momentul in care esti condus). O astfel de strategie impune 2 gandiri fundamental diferite (2 antrenori care gandesc si pregatesc diferit un meci).

Pe de alta parte, pun accent foarte mult pe statistica. Dupa ce Romania U21 nu a reusit sa iasa din grupe (terminand pe locul 3) au fost pregatite meciuri de diferiti useri. Un astfel de meci, a fost România U20 - Brasil U20, castigat categoric de ai nostri.

Nu in ultimul rand, trebuie tinut cont ca, la ora actuala, Romania are poate cea mai buna echipa U21, motiv pentru care, mi se pare logic sa jucam:
- cu fundasii ceva mai sus;
- sisteme de joc cu mai putini fundasi si minim 2 atacanti, gen: 343, 352, 433, 442.

In concluzie, pentru Romania U21, in acest nou an, voi agreea cu precadere tacticile: 433 si 352, dar decizia finala (pentru tactica principala si nu cea de avarie) va depinde de cei mai buni jucatori la ora meciului (in principal de forma acestora).

da, in functie de jucatorii pe care ii am la dispozitie si de valoarea echipei adverse

No need to explain with tactics to me, I'm very noob at this topic.
In our community is a guy called doru and he claims that 3-5-2 tactics it's the best choice for Romania U21 :)

Of course! Win is win, no matter whats the country, i want to win all countries possible!
