Thank You for the support, hope I will repay your thrust.
As soon possible I want to start and with good results hopefully I will earn sympathy of whole community. Need day of two to examine the team and your organization, so wont write to much that period. I expect that there wont be need for some organization changes (You have a strong team from year to year ) as you are committed community.
I expect your critic statements and please write down all your suggestions ( that is not a political statement). All people willing to do scout job are free to do it.
You can expect emails and statements (when it will be needed from Montenegro users Artista as my assistant and hunter as a scout, pls replay to them as you would to me).
Hope the sokker engine will prevail on our side:)

Hi to all,
First want to introduce myself to your community. My u can see all of you:), and in real life DelP1er0 is my younger brother and we with full collaboration of Montenegro community mange to make our u21 team such as it is.
I took a little break from sokker as we manage to fulfil our dream to become a champions, but couldn't refuse my brother when he ask me to help with this challenge,
For such result we use a knowledge of bigger and organised community as german in first place user tsolias.
Im writing this all not to impress you but to give You a better picture that DelP1erO and I didnt came here just to take some medal or gain personal respect from sokker community as we already have it, but we want to give something to your community as you gave us the opportunity to do so and we are thankful for that.
I have to admit that I want to write soft but same way very clear today its Tuesday and only today we got the username and password from the database but not from the last NTU21 coach to whom we sent many emails but from your NT couch Lord Legolas whom I want to thank for prompt reply...and oposite to my expectations I have find this :

First thing this is unacceptable that you have some private database on paper or some private excel especially if Your NTU21 coach is Romanian.
One of main thing I will ask you all is to focus on our team not on fighting between yourself cos this way we wont come to our mutual goal.
I already made notes regarding players and their skills from users which send them by email but after we update the database will write more regarding the state of team, the training process, and the way the players have to be managed.
I think users which train them will benefit and same way the NTU21.
I want to point on main thing we can do it only together not as 27 which support DelP1er0 but as community. Please stop useless fights let leave all misunderstandings behind us, and focus on positive critics and improvement. Thats the recipe to move further.
Please share your opinion but only positive way as we need to become better than we are. That way all childish behaviour will be ignored.

Despite we played well,no one will be happy with such result(sokker engine sometimes give,sometimes takes)

PS: Nu îmi aduc aminte de când sunt în sokker sa fi avut U21 România un asemenea mark mic la vreun campionat mondial.
Cu atât mai mare e meritul lui Del Piero pentru rezultate. Sa speram ca va fi trofeul.
