Eu am facut prima postare aici fiindca am ramas foarte surprins cand am vazut ca sunt numai felicitari ... pentru mai nimic, in timp ce altii sunt criticatii pentru te miri ce... pana si pentru infrangeri din amicale.

Its grate that this topic came back to life and the recent results inspired people to talk about U21...as see that some in Romanian community just like to talk but when it come to the point to do something you are invisible...

As I took part of the whole process in short will give you a swift review regarding the state of u21... Critics make improvement and thats good for all of us, but we have to see the whole picture...

When DelP1ero was elected for u21 NT what we got...nothing... 3 days pass an only with help Lord Legolas to get the user/pass for database...Database last time updated 3 seasons ago full of players age 22... no players training plan...zero info regarding players...will not discuss about the great game formation strategy previous manager use, his results are only his...we needed 7 days to collect basic player info... i will not analyze each player on its position but can prove that one which played were the best one...Players of U21 were trained without tutor...in general the state of u21 is not proper one for community as Romanian should be....so this result is some maximum in this moment...
Of course if you all feel disappointed we will be thankful for the chance you gave us!!! and all you need is to elect someone other...
Anyway we are grateful for the possibility to coach Romania U21 team...and many users sincerely help us...thank you all this is teamwork result we all need to share and to be proud of...

In advance can tell you if you plan to support DelP1er0 for next elections you will have to accept some changes regarding player training...
Just have in mind that Montenegro was a U21 WC champion cos we had a training plan to which we stick from season to seasons and we were participating on almost every U21WC...
That means you need sometimes to put the community interest in front of your personal interest...
In short we all have to be proud of the result as much stronger teams didnt get the medal...but for improvement of this result we need well trained players so the coach can make tactics different way...
Again want to say that war on chat dont give the result....do more talk less...

You did a good job, and the result is not the worst, however it is a medal (top 3). It should continue its work another campaign and only after we draw conclusions. For 2-3 dissatisfied users do not worry, the world championship was also won and they were still dissatisfied and frustrated. Come on Romania!

dacă tot am văzut că ai solicitat reinstalarea mea iar kalu'(să-i fie rușine :) ) ți-a considerat mesajul ca fiind tendențios eu nu pot să trec cu vederea postarea ta și să te las cu ochii în lacrimi

întrucât sunt foarte atent la doleanțele comunității în mod general și ale "celor mai fideli suporteri ai naționalei" în mod special...voi reveni curând la U21 să fie toată lumea fericită, nu ?

dar dacă tot ai lansat provocarea fă tu primul pas și vinde atacanții de-i ai și antrenează apoi români... frumos ar fi să le oferi și skill-urile pentru update
