as i don't speak romanian i'll say what i have in english
1) rule 12 is there simply cause we are small nation in sokker and on average we have 1-2 adds by serbian users. some of them are not made very good (missing link to player or skills of player or the [tl] in the title), and i edit them myself to correct them. i don't mind doing this cause as i said there aren't many adds by serbian users. on the other hand there are 20+ adds by foreign users and i don't bother "fixing" their adds.
Important to add here is to mention that you (LV23) did the first add with that slightly,but anyhow bigger than standard font and i edited your post and corrected it.
Then u made 2nd add with bigger letters and i deleted your add and sent you a warning (not ban or anything). if u think this was harsh i really think i am one of the softest mods around [:)]
2) that rule 12 doesn't mean that any serbian user can insult any other user or do whatever bad to someone.
The thing that can confuse is that on our transfer forum it is not forbiden to write about players that are advertised and people write on serbian sometimes remarks like "cheated me with talent pic" or "trustworthy seller" or they note that some of transfer rules is broken in the add, but to be honest it's mostly just spam or having fun. we have made good contact with dozens of foreign users this way. when foreigner wants to know what is written and asks me i always translate and sometimes we have transfer topics over 5 pages long [:)]
overall i don't see where is the problem, cause i think we (serbian community) are very friendly group of people and if u ever wander to our forum i know we will have good time
ps forgot to write that in LV23 case the users wrote on his topic that he broke rules, so i edited to fix, them they started to say it will blow in my face cause i should've just closed the topic. then when he opened new with same error they were like "told u so". Guess they were right [;)]

for me there is no problemo, i just wanted to tell you how things look from my point of view.

Trebuie sa o vezi ca o reactie mai brutala la ceva total gresit.
Poate asa isi vor da seama ca regulile trebuie respectate de toti sau de nimeni. Nu doar de cativa utilizatori.

da man, dar nu trebuie sa reactionam si noi la fel ... tocmai prin asta trebuie sa demonstram ca suntem rationali si ii respectam pe toti in mod egal si asa poate vor invata si ei ca nu e frumos sa faci diferente

Putem adauga un set extra de reguli doar pentru ei. Sa vada si ei cum e sa fii discriminat...
Nu ma afecteza foarte tare (nu fac eu prea multe transferuri si chiar la mai putine le fac si reclama), dar ideea in sine ma deranjaza.

Ai puctaju' mult prea mic pentru a juca in CR ...
