1. For transfer listed [tl] players, 1 bump per day (no bumps on first day of posting), plus one additional bump 1 hour before the end (as long as no bumps have been made in the last 2 hours) are allowed. Links MUST be used. See your countries FAQ if you unsure how to do this.

2. For wanted ([k]) and offers ([s]) topics, only one bump every 2 days is permitted. Links MUST be used on [s] topics.

3. Wanted threads must have general requirements on them (such as age, skills etc). Just offering money isn't enough.

4. Full skills of players must always be used when posting players. Links alone are not enough.

5. Usual forum rules apply. Excessive padding (overuse of colour, size, links, capitals) will result in topic closure. ALL posts must be in English.

6. Players aged 28 and over can NOT be posted here, unless they are a capped and current member of the NT.

6a. Capped and current members of NTs do not have to meet the skill requirements below.

7. For you to be able to advertise your player here (20 and over), they must meet one of the following skill requirements (NOT including stamina or form), these requirements apply for ALL topics:
a) at least one GK/Def/PM/Stri/Pass skill on incredible (13) and another skill on good (7)
b) two skills that add up to 22 (ie 2x formidable)
c) three skills that add up to 30 (ie 3x excellent)
d) four skills that add up to 32 (ie 4x solid)

8. Requirements for juniors (19 years and less), only needs to fill one of the below requirements (NOT including stamina or form), these requirements apply for all topics:
a) at least 1 skill of GK/Def/PM/Stri/Pass excellent and one on adequate
b) two skills on level at least very good (or two that add up to 18)
c) three skills on level at least solid (or 3 that add up to 24)
d) four skills on level at least good (or 3 on good if they are GKs) (or 4 that add up to 28, or 21 for gks)

Note 1 - 17yo players can be a full level lower on each of the requirements.

9. 16yos with two skills on adequate, from countries less than 2 seasons old may be posted here.

10. Valuations must be posted in the valuation topics, [w] topics are not permitted because of these.

Requirements may change at any time, if they do this thread will be bumped.

This player also meets the requirements, as the extra level means one skill on the requirement can be a bit less.

Not sure how to translate your player skills to English? Do the following:

1. Click on the arrow on the right.
2. In the drop box where your language is, choose English.
3. Go to the player menu, and copy and paste his skills from there.
4. If you want to change your language back, go back to the place where you selected English, and choose the language you want.

This can be done for any language.

Rules simplified and rewritten. Requirements same for all players now, other than internationals (which still need no specfic requirements), and countries with less than 25 users.

I think this rule should be changed slightly as at the moment you can advertise a pretty bad player (outsanding and one other skill) but couldn't advertise a better player (e.g formidable striker with very good pace and tech).

Problem is finding something that will cover all players really.

Any suggestions?

I don't know really. Maybe having something like his 3 best skills must add to 28 with at least one on formidable or something similar.

I'll do a slight rewriting of the rules I think again.

Have re-written the first set of rules.

I'd appreciate feedback as to whether the style of the older players or younger players is preferred.

i think there are far too many bumps round here... some threads are bumped repeatedly every day for pretty much forever... should have some kinda limit, like no bumps after 1 week from the original post date or something...
