I changed rule 1 to add the text in bold.
No more of the [s] and [k] spamming every single day. Transferlisted players should take priority.

1. For transferlisted players, only 1 bump is permitted per day, unless it is the final day and has not been bumped in the last 2 hours (where an extra bump will be allowed in the final hour). When posting a player player to look for offers ([s]) or player requests ([k]), the post may only be bumped once every TWO days.

Added this bit to rule 10:
Because of this, [w] topics are not permitted.
Not really needed as there are the valuation topics.
