Guacamole, what is the answer for Davy's question?

He shouldn't be resubmitting. Being consistent with other mods' rules means that he shouldn't resubmit that player. A whiiile from now is fine but there's no guideline like resubmit 5 days later or something. Just sell him without using the forum and next time read forum rules before posting, sorry.
