Subject: [K] 21-22 year old defender

Looking for a defender that doesn't need to actually high divine/unearthly primaries, as they will be training this most of the rest of the time after the season. My young core are almost done filling out secondaries now. What he needs to have:
1) Defense: 14.5-16 defense
2) Pace: can be as low as 12, but doesn't need to be higher than 15.
3) PM: must be at least 9. I would rather take a guy with a rank less of pace if he had PM 11. I will be finishing PM training on defenders this season.
4) Passing and Tech should be at least 18 combined.
5) Talent 3.5 or less.
This type of player should go for around 3-4.5 million depending on age based on geston lookup over the past season or so.
