Subject: New U21 manager

It is a good idea to try and blood someone, let them see what's involved now - I've been fortunate enough to pick the U21 side once under your stewardship and it was a somewhat enjoyable experience.

It's just a shame no one seems interested. If it wasn't for real life stuff getting in the way, I might have had a go, but I just don't have the time right now (and arguably I would be a risk given my lack of Sokker experience and ability!). Hopefully the post in the main forum will attract someone. It only takes one good candidate to make it all worthwhile.

And whilst on the subject, if it is to be your swansong rtg, then let me convey some congratulations on your tenure..............

should be interesting to see who goes forward for it.

if i go forward, it would probably be for the NT job, rather than the U21s.

Checking tactics and scouting out opponents i can do, but i really don't have time to take on the youth scouting. got tonnes on my plate in real life right now. Sorting out my wedding, my new house, battling it out for a promotion at work and trying to pass the bloody accounting qualification.

and besides, now that the champions cup is around, i'll be focus on that for the time being.

i can and will maintain the nt database for the youngers mate. Not a problem doing that at all for anyone who wants to run for the position. As stated a long time tho i would prefer to see someone run for the experience, rather than an experienced player run and get it. Hence why im standing down.

i still class myself as a newbie but i guess i aint
for that reason i am willing to be an assitant and shadow an U21 manager next seaon
i am sure there are better candidates for U21 manager though

at the moment i am on bed rest 24/7 and sometime early next year i will be in hospital for an op which will keep me offline for a month or so
