Kedves kollégák, a magyar U21-es válogatott és a Hungary NT szurkolói! Itt nyitom meg a témát, hogy megbeszéljem veletek a fiatal magyar U21-es válogatott mérkőzéseit, és beszéljek a magyar U21-es válogatott fiatal játékosairól.
Ma rövid beszélgetést folytattam a magyar válogatott szövetségi kapitányával. A magyar közösségről beszélgettünk a játékban, mert szeretnék gyorsan megismerni téged és a szokásaidat. Köszönöm kollégámnak, Doromb úrnak az ügyben nyújtott segítségét.
Ma is megnézek minden magyar klubot, minden magyar bajnokságot, tudni akarom, hogyan működik együtt egy adott klub a magyar fiatal játékosokkal. Több klubra is felhívtam a figyelmet, mert úgy látom, hogy van potenciál a magyar U21-es korosztály jövőbeli képviselőiben. Tárgyalni fogok az érdeklődő klubvezetőkkel.

Azt akarom, hogy mindenki tegye a dolgát ebben a játékban. Kérem, hogy minden fiatal játékos vállaljon elkötelezettséget a magyarországi képzésre. Ha kihagytam egy fiatal játékost, akit szerinted be lehetne vagy be kellene hívni a magyar U21-es válogatottba, kérem, jelezze, biztosan megnézek egy ilyen fiatal játékost, és máris köszönöm az útmutatást.


Ne feledjétek, hogy veletek vagyok, hogy sikerre vezessem Magyarország fiatal csapatát, de a magyar fiatal játékosokat is szeretném edzeni, jelenleg egy 17 éves kapust edzek, és fokozatosan vásárolok a magyar fiatal játékosok képzésére, hogy segítsem a magyar válogatott fejlődését.

Analyzing our lineup, which I decided to bet on:

Tactics:
We played attacking football, I chose a 4-3-3 tactic, attacking mainly in the middle of the pitch. Of course, we had a reserve tactic set in case the first tactic did not bring us the desired results, but we did not have to use it in this match.
I always make changes in the defense line in the event of a red card, which our defender received in this match, but we did not make this change because our three defenders were very well supported by two defensive midfielders.
I decided that our defense line would not go too high, I didn't want our opponent to take advantage of the chaos, and our defenders would have to race against the opponent's attackers, it would be unnecessary and very risky.

I will finish talking about the match against Croatia, because it is time to prepare for the also very important and, in my opinion, more difficult match against the Netherlands U21.

The Polish U21 national team has a very similar goalkeeper on the bench in case of injury, in Poland the level of the reserve is currently much lower.
That's why I've already taken it upon myself to train a 17-year-old goalkeeper for Hungary, I'll buy 1 more and I'll train 2 of them

I agree with you, we don't have an easy group because 3 national teams have enough skills to win our group, so the work of the selector counts a lot, and his approach to the match, experience also helps me.

Dear fans of the Hungarian U21 youth team, tomorrow we will play our second match in Group H. This is another very important match of our national team, we defeated Croatia, it's time to fight for victory with the Netherlands U21 team.
I was thinking for a long time how to set up our young team tactically in this match, it was not easy to make decisions, because the Netherlands have a new coach, who led his national team for the first time a week ago, and it is difficult to predict how he will decide to play in the match against us.
The manager of Netherlands U21 jopieooo, against Cymru U21 played with winger Abe Bosselaar . Who must be admitted made the difference on the pitch in this match.

Nederland U21 - Magyarország U21 1:3


I am very happy with the result, and the situation in which our Hungarian U21 team is currently in the fight to go to the U21 World Cup.
It happened just as I predicted, just as I wrote before the game, coach Holadnia U21 jopieooo, changed his tactics, gave up playing with the wing, bet on attack with the middle. That's why I didn't change our tactics, and we played the same tactics as with Croatia U21 because it was effective, and this time it was also effective :)
If our opponent were betting on a winger game, I'd rather play five defenders in a game. I had this tactic prepared as a substitute, the other one, but we didn't have to use it.

Observing the tactics, the Netherlands U21 defended their goal too hard, they definitely let go of the center of the pitch, and the attackers were too far away from our goal, which allowed our defenders to calmly pick up the ball.

We had a lot of space in the support line, and the opponent was too far back towards their goal.

We won the game with tactics, because the opponent was really demanding.

Let me remind you already in the 8th minute of the game we should be leading 1:0, unfortunately Albert Hungler scored a penalty.


Our young footballers were also better positioned on the pitch during the car kicks off, so we scored a goal on 1:0 :)


We could multiply our good setting on the pitch, when the opponent made a lot of mistakes in his tactics, only a pity that our young team unexpectedly lost 1 goal, and deserved to score at least 1 more goal.

All in all, it was our second very good game, and a well-deserved win. I am happy to inform you, dear fans, that after the 2 most important matches in our group we are the leaders of Group H. Now in the next matches we should win our games slightly, and build our advantage in Group H by scoring a lot of goals, that is our goal.
