Unfortunately we have cases like this , in my opinion we can not train a striker like this , he is not suitable to play any position on the field he has a very high developed shot , but nothing more . Please remember at the young age of 16 / 18 years the best training is speed , because it is the fastest to train at that time , and with age training speed decreases in this skill . This striker will no longer be able to be a good class striker . We need to set rules for training young players in a particular formation , and help each other .

This looks very bad indeed... I'm trying to train Hungarian youth, and I have a max-capacity youth school running.

Thank you , the poll showed that there are more of us . Of course I can't have a nursery in my club for Hungary NT , but I try to train young Hungarian players currently I have 6 in my training cycle , and goalkeeper Zsombor Eszterházi is TOP 1 in the U18 yearbook .
It is a good idea for each user Hungary to train 1 striker , 1 midfielder and 1 defender who has talent .
