yep i investigated tactics in details cause blaming random is not the right approach ...
i do not like in my approach is giving so much space to the opponent especially if we can use our defenders to crush them with strength we had i will never play like this against such opponent... but will use the same tactic in one of the friendlies with some adjustments cause i like to have it as option at world cup
but lets first qualify so this week i will play my best against Ozbekistan against week opponents i will play more youngsters and probably is now doffek and udival to retire from Nt :(

in terms of preparations one of my goal this season is to make jindra more exp he is just 10
i see his owner trains him def witch is good so probably i will add him some def orders as sub ..
also exp is super important for defs so defs with less than 17 exp will have part in the squad even if opponent is week
for extra training for any player im open for discussion so do not hesitate to send me message

I hope Uvidal is not yet finished and will retire after the World Cup...still trained. :)

i hope as well cause we need powerful iner mids i do not play no 5-3-2 my favourite but i will use it on wc

My Havlíček could be useful (on approximately same level as Papoušek), but he needs his form to go up. Great prospect is Polesný, but his form sucks too.

in terms to keep our chances to get 1 spot we will need goal diff but will try to give exp on younger players anyone you guys want to see in particular

Petr Šuranský. I miss player like him in U21 squad!

This week I will be happy if my players can have a rest. Maybe 15 minutes for Uviďál just to have one more NT cap?

I would also like to see Šuranský. Or Horčica. And Valoušek - I will ask for his skills, he should have been training tech.

Will include suransky and valousek in my plans this week gave mid on Polansky and def on jindra
Sorry did not have chance to log and remove fukala but we get away from injuries and he scored 4 for 10m kinda was getting annoyed from so many misses and with wrong sub on udival we forced sahula to play wing Beck

As u guys see lots of players in my lists above are in low form let's hope for few good updates of the form especially for strikers and mids.
Meanwhile game with Netherlands seems key for passing and winning the group we need a win please update the players in db and if any tactical advise u want to share do not hesitate.
Unfortunately work load at work is super high and will try to prepare for the game in advance.

Let's see if efforts we put on Jindra in last few season will pay off not perfect form but I used him even bellow 10 this season.bezoviaz finally in form so all eyes on him . Unfortunately not best wings disposal for tomorrow so Kucera will try to do the job udival and Nechanisky in middle def line have good choices .
A goalie that I underestimated mostly because of his passing will save the crisis we have at number 1 spot.

Not best form update I hopped our problems in all lines getting bigger
I still want to play wing but sahula maybe useful as inner mid and will think about using Simon Mais or Tobias as wing all will be decided by last form update
Or using 532 no wing with only one def mid will think about it . Jindra will not play with less of 14 form so need at least 2 strikers in divine form cross fingers all is about strikers

Hi I have doubts who to swap in second tactics I play Nechanisky Tobias and Sahula as mids what is your advice I use Nechanisky to cover red cards
