Subject: [U21] France

I know I made a few mistakes yesterday:

1) I wanted probably too much from the midfielders. As they were just three, they had to do a lot of things. Which in effect led to the situation that they can't have passed each other accurately as the gaps were too large. (although sometimes the passes made me quite crazy)

2) At the very last moment before the match, I've decided to put our strikers little bit higher (as I thought that will be just the level of French defensive line). However if I let it be as it was, we wouldn't get that many offsides.

3) I didn't manage to guess what's going to come from the French opponent. They had the midfield quite crowded and that didn't suit us.

These three were probably the most crucial ones. However if you have seen others, let me know please :-)

How did you share the tactic? I mean, technically, making it into a link so I can move the ball and see everything?

I've used an old trick:

1) Copy the link to your tactic - it will be something like http://online.sokker.org/tactedit.php?teamID=XXXXX&tactID=YYYYY where that YYYYY part is the identifier of the tactic.

2) Access the page http://online.sokker.org/read_tact.php?id=YYYYY

3) Copy all capital letters you see

4) Make a link http://online.sokker.org/UstawienieEdycjaPost.swf?tact=[those capital letters]

Damn, that's clever. I've tried discussing tactics with friends before - impossible. My solution looked something like this:

(Then You could say: No man, when the ball is in C1, You sholud put your number 9 in D5, position 5")

It was - modestly speaking - a pretty clever solution. But NOWHERE near this. And noone has the patience to explain their entire tactic that way. So, basically, it was still useless.

Man, I cannot get my hands down. This opens a door to a whole new way of discussing what to do and what not to do.

I found this easier:

1: Find tactID. Copy.
2: Go here
3: Paste tactID at end of URL. Press Enter.
4: Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C
5: Go here
6: Paste at end of URL, then delete the last "&ok=1". Hit Enter
7: Copy URL and share

(Same shit, I know)

Just don't share this too much..this little trick is supposedly forbidden by greg:-)

You guys have an easy way to link to something that happened in a match? (you know, create a video or .gif of a goal) I know Fraps. Even easier?

Edit: i.e.: a link directly to minute 87 in a match.

I am afraid this one is not possible... So probably Fraps (or Hypercam) is the only way :-(

It is not good idea show this everybody. It is good for coach and his assistants. Are a lot of guys with money but empty head and this can open new way for their(do you understand what i mean?)

Yes, I understand. I already understood it at "just don't share this too much." - And I won't - but if it becomes public to managers with loads of cash and no tactical sense, you really cannot blame me. We are 70 members - just in here. But I can delete my posts again, if You want.
