At this moment or in the future? Now he could play friendlies, U27, as to receive a boost from NT matches.

But i doubt he Will reach 17 tech and pace?

I can deal with him reaching a smaller skill in tech, if he has at least 17 in pace and some pops in PM and def he should be ok. At this moment we kind of lack a decent winger.
