Subject: NT with coach Attila
First of all, I would like to thank you for trusting me to manage India NT. I'll keep trying to give my best.
The last week was spent trying to collect the skills of NT members. There have always been and will always be users who refuse to communicate with NT, do not send skills, perhaps because they are afraid that their player will be injured while playing in NT. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about this passivity, it has to be accepted.
What I cannot accept, however, is the attitude that the previous coach Przemo showed towards me. Although I asked him to hand over the NT database, I did not receive any response from him. (I already thought that maybe he didn't even keep a list of the players' skills?)
Anyway, that's it, I'm trying to correct the mistakes that were in the NT during the previous coach's period. I think the Indian national team would be ahead if a few things had been done differently so far, and I try to show in the matches how I think I can make the national team better.

I use 2 databases, one of them is the Sokker Asistente utility. It is important to know that this utility only ranks players based on their current value. And it largely depends on the current form. (This is precisely why I use another register too, which is Googledocs, and in which you can use formulas to calculate the strength shown by the players' skills.)
But this utility (Sokker Asistente) is an excellent opportunity to show you what we can select from, what can be expected regarding the future of the national team. I would like to share with you the list of current NT members and potential players. I will insert 3 photos here.
The situation at the Goalkeeper post is very good, there will be no problems now and in the future. There are 5 goalkeepers on the list, of which 3 or 4 will still improve. Currently Chandramouli is in very low form but Meenakshisundaram will replace him well. I would be interested in Mark Tarit's current skills, but unfortunately Stevenscpr is not active recently, I did not receive the current skills (the date in the list is the time of uploading in this case, but it is as of April 28).
The Defender list also shows quite a good picture. There is some shortage due to the lack of double divine skills, as well as the lack of high technique, playmaker, passing skills (so the additional skills). It is important to know that I found Radhakrishna Dhillon's skills in the NTDB, but it was uploaded 5 months ago, since then the skills of the 34-year-old player must have dropped.
Actually, the best Indian defender is Raghuvir Sumanna, he is a player with a brilliant skillset (could be more). Unfortunately, due to the lack of midfielders, Sumanna is forced to play in the MID position.

Unfortunately, the midfield list is quite short... In addition, this list includes several defenders (Sumanna, Phadkar) who are forced into the midfield. The player of the near future could be Nikhil, but unfortunately I didn't get the skills for him. And the players of the distant future train in the Bonanza team (they are currently 22-23-24 years old).
So we have a serious shortage in the midfield at the moment and for a few more seasons.
The situation in the forward positions is relatively good. But here too there are shortcomings. What hindered me the most was that I didn't manage to learn the skills of Panji and Saripella. Another problem is that Nanga's striker skill is only 14. The man of the near future as a striker is Sundaramoorthy. The strikers of the more distant future are Najeeb, Satwant, Engineer, the latter 2 of whom train in my team.

And last but not least. The players on the Other list are not yet strong enough to play in the NT, but I will keep an eye on their progress.

Is sad to see that some coaches for some reason don’t finish the job and send what they’ve done and update information. But that happens a lot.
For now I can say you have done a great job with young players and hopefully they will improve a lot the seniors team.
A good thing is that we still have tools to update players but still not enough. I think we should do something like what we do in Colombia and have a contest of players trained. At the beginning of the season everybody subscribe their players, weekly update them, and at the end of the season the winner takes a 3 month plus as a reward and a promess of the coach that his player will play 1 match.

Yes we are very poor in both the MID and ATT positions. That's why I decided to train Mids instead of Def. Unfortunately it will be 3-4 seasons before we see any results.
I think this is why Przemo decided to step down as the NT coach.

Raghuvir Sumanna is on TL now. A few weeks ago, I wanted to add such a player to my team, but unfortunately I don't have the money anymore.
At age 31 his skills won't really improve anymore.
Otherwise I would have bought him back.
My player Yashodhan will be a much better player.

I didn't think that he could be improved :) I just thought that I was looking for such a player for my club team. If his owner can't sell Sumanna today at that price, I might try to buy him next week. It would be of great use to my club team. On the other hand, every week I would see if there is a decrease in skills.
And Yashodhan will definitely be a better player than Sumanna. My plan is that Yashodhan will be featured in the senior NT today! Only the start of the match is unfortunately delayed.

I can see you have a lot of U25 players that are getting a well train plan, until that to keep being competitive is good to mix senior with younger players, thats up to you how much ranking will sacfrice to give more minutes and experience to younger ones.
We have a good senior team, if you need any help with mids, I have a lot of known mids trainer friends, who will give us a hand if needed, if there is a plan to mix NT minutes and the players will be sold at a fair value.
Please let me know whenever you know a mid that will be for sale to contact our friends.

Thank you for your help. We have 2 MID trainer (long time Bonanza and from this season Hoodibaba). But we need DEF trainer if I see player on TL I will inform you as soon as possible. And also need help for strikers because I already have 3 Indian striker (Satwant, Engineer, Shrirang).
Let me know what strikers could be train and Ill try to get them.
Im trainning pace until the trainning settings changes.
Let's keep an eye on the new players coming from youth schools in the coming weeks. Or if there will be a striker we see on the TL.
This is what the statistics currently show in our WCQ group:
Average individual marks:
80.9 Türkiye
78.2 Colombia
70.2 Honduras and India
69.8 Ecuador
62.8 Cameroun
First squad average value
549 445 239 Ft Türkiye
497 451 852 Ft Colombia
417 062 223 Ft Ecuador
411 556 819 Ft Honduras
363 974 510 Ft India
283 617 022 Ft Cameroun
It is clear that, despite our better world ranking, Honduras and Ecuador are teams of equal strength to the Indian national team. Moreover, it should also be seen that the value of India's players is lower than that of the other 4 teams in our group, only our team is more valuable than the national team of Cameroon.
