I think you're right that PM is not that much more important than tech or defending at this level.

When I came up with that formula I was thinking more about what I am seeing at the A league level where a lot of high PM mids are getting the ball off their feet before the challenges even come in. so the whole tech vs def battle never happens.

The U21 players are not as quick with the ball and there are more tech vs def challenges. The criteria I use in my head to pick players for the U21 is a little different than this now and more well rounded, closer to all 5 skills x 1.

I should change it to be more accurate but it will take some time and there's a lot of stuff I want to do and can't find the time for for one reason or another.

I put him in with the wingers, he probably should be on both lists though.

Give me a week or so and I'll go through this list and apply the new formula and send it to mrhfan for an update.

1 x all five attributes I think, I'm starting to think at this level they're all equally important, more or less. It depends on the role but it's a good base for judging in a general sense.

If you're feeling up to revising the numbers on your own feel free, I just didn't want to ask, you've done a lot already.
