These are the requirements for a 18 year old player:

Goalkeeper: 2.5 x keeper + 1.5 x pace + 0.75 x passing >31
Your player has 22 points

Defender: 2 x defender + 1.75 x pace + 1 x (playmaking + technique + passing) >41
Your player has 56.75 points

Midfielder: 1.5 x (playmaking + passing) + 1 x (defender + pace + technique) >36
Your player has 49.5 points

Winger: 0.75 x playmaking + 1.25 x passing + pace + technique >23
Your player has : 34.25 points

Striker: pace + technique + striker >22
Your player has 20 points

is there a way to change the formulas for this? Some of them are kind of wierd....especially the striker one. And I don't think passing should be worth as much for keepers. If there was a way to change those it would be great.
