Hello guys, I'm looking to became the Canada u21 coach.
I am quite experienced, playing this game (and other similar managers ) for more than 7 years.
In real live I am the manager of junior basketball team in Prague :).
On Sokker, I played Slovakian 2nd division before and in 2021 I changed for Czech league, where I am currently playing 3rd division with my young team. Long time ago, I was 3 seasons a manager of African national teams. These days, I have in total 13 u21 NT players in my team - some of them are quite a hot prospects, including 3 great Canadian players.
As you see, my English is ok, I spend a lot of time on this manager, so communication would not be a problem..
I can't promise you success with Canadian u21 team, because of limited number of users in your country, but I will work quite hard to improve the level of some of your great players to prepare them for senior NT team, where the chance of success is a little bit higher.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me via private post.
Thanks for chance and regard

Hi tomasko26,

Usually I vote for a new coach mid-elections to see who will be running. But you look like a good candidate so far.

You are thinking of staying with u21 Canada for more than 1-2 seasons?

Hi, thanks for question, always it's nice to see, that somebody is alive in this kind of small communities :).

Yes for sure, I intend to stay for more seasons. Always, the concept for these small countries with low number of active managers must be to stay longer.. and probably move to senior NT later. Imo, Canada will never be successful at junior level, but shall achieve some progress at senior level with good continuous work.
Usually, the problem is motivation when community is inactive and silent. That's the reason, why I chose Canada, despite is tougher to win elections, and not Kazakhstan, Jamaica, etc.
So, I hope, that I will find here 4-5 managers in the future, who will help to improve Canadian team and community

Looks like you sealed the deal with 2 votes

I think there was only 1 vote last election for u21 and the most I've seen was 3 over the last year and a half but I think that was for Canada NT

You bring the right mentality to the job tho. We do have coaches get frustrated because of a lack of community interactions. It does get quiet and for long stretches recently but lots of newer users to Canada too.

yes, looks like, your community is not an active one :).. but it's positive, that you are able to produce at least some young players. I checked a little the potential of your u21 team. imo, you have (of course on your standard) several good looking 18 years old players. as I said before, you can't compete with good teams, but still you can achieve some improvement of your senior NT

Dears, my first season as the u21 manager is over.. I would like to thank you all "3" active managers (devtopia, Metrotown & Subaru FC) for their approach and support. I think we did the most, what we were able to do. We established some promising 17-19 yo players, who could be useful for senior NT later. It's very sad, that we lost another 2 managers, who were supporting junior NT - Sbboh FC & Rainbow Sniffers.

Please be informed, that I would like to continue as a u21 NT manager. Once again, I will focus on all promising players and as I did this season, I will support home based players form Canadian teams. I cant promise dramatic improvement this season, but situation is more positive as it was last season.. At least, I am more aware about the situation in your community and for sure, I know more about the skills of players based in u21 team. Thanks for every vote and your support.

hi mates, so once again, we have the end of the season on sokker.. let me publish some stats about u21 Can NT. we finished the qualification on 3rd place overal. i consider this result as a big success, as we reached the best position for a long time. yes, i checked history of CAN u21 and the last time, we finished 3rd was exactly 24 season (6 real years) ago :D.. but what is more positive for me, it is the way we played and some results also. we were 5th seeded team, bud we beat (away, home) 4th seeded Korea and had 2 draws with 3rd seeded Scotland. we played some good matches with top favorites (SWI, POL) and in matches against Korea & Cameroon, we had the overal rating 50+, what is the absolute record in CAN..
what is a positive message for senior NT coach, team are leaving 6 good players (2 top quality - Blondin & Sutherland) who will be suitable for CAN senior NT in future. what is not really positive is a tendency in quality for future seasons.. next season, the team will be weaker on all positions (incl. dramatic drop in GK and MID).. and the generation under 19 is a really significant drop again. You were very positive yesterday about the situation in your top league for next season, but when you compare similar communities (20-30 members) with yours, mostly these communities had much stronger youth leagues and development.. so, for you, it will be more fun, but for me probably less

election is approaching again soon. i like to continue with your u21 team.. i know, that team will be weaker and weaker every season, but for me is a combination of fun and business (development of CAN players) which give me an extra motivation. I already started to train 17 yo generation for your country.. so i will appreciate every vote, i receive from you guys.

once again, i want to say, that I am proud what we achieved this season and would like to thank you, especially to Metro & Subaru, for training some u21 players

thanks

hi guys, election is on... if you have any question, feedback, etc. please do not hesitate to contact me. this new season is a "friendly matches" one, so all perspective players (including the youngest ones would get opportunity to play). probably I will not participate in Coppa America - our team is to weak to have a success there and I don't want to limit my player's choice by putting extra age restriction rules to squad selection. I will try to improve the ranking a little, at least 4th seeded pot is a must. thanks for any vote from you, I appreciate your support

Dears, let me inform you in advance that i will quit as a manager of u21 NT after this season. This was not an easy decision, as I like your small community and your enthusiasm for this game, but the quality of u20 team is very low and there is no more opportunity for improving your players, train them, as the amount of sufficient players and theirs quality is very low. Openly, we have only one sufficient striker, 2 midfielders, and 1 defender for next season. good luck to all

Thanks for your time and commitment to u21 tomasko.

Yes the level of junior pulls for my team especially have gone down. We have some new teams coming up but will be a couple seasons before we get a better team again possibly.

Looks like both u21 and senior teams will have new managers next season.
