Hello everybody!
It's election time again and I'm here ready to play my chanches with Colombia NT
I'm 32yo, I've been playing Sokker since Oct '06 and now I'm in italian second level ("serie B") with my club. My NT experience :
1. I managed for 8 seasons Pilipinas Under21, bringing it from 92th positon to the 58th position.
2. Few seasons ago, I won the Under21 World Cup with Italy, managed for only 2 seasons.
3. This season i managed Colombia nt (only 1 season) and i bring it to 1\8 final at last World Cup.
With my candidature I'd like to propose you not only a simple NT management, but a management system which will bring quality and continuity to this national team. Obviously now it's world cup qualification time and our first goal it's to reach the next official competition, but i'm sure if you'll like my work we could create a great project for the seasons to come.
I think one of the most important thing in sokker is to plan, to plan and to plan again :)
It's necessary to have clear ideas and programs in medium\long terms if we want to bring up the NT and working to reach the best world teams.
This is the program for the next season:
- Scout position: I'd be very happy to collaborate with some Magyars users, in order to cooperate with the Magyar community
- Ranking climb: my goal is to bring this NT in the first 10 positions and obviously I'll try to go farthest as I can in this World Cup. I think Magyarország could reach at least semifinals in every World Cup.
- Db improvements: another goal of my management will be to work hard, day after day, with your DB. In Pilipinas as well as in Italy and in Colombia too, I have always considered essential to have constantly updated my database.
Thanks to my experience I've developed really effective ways to find new players around the world and I can assure that if I'll be the next coach you will end up with a database never seen before ;)

Hi.As actual U21 manager of Hungary I wanna know, what you mean about your management system for continuity and quality to this NT?What's the importance of U21 team of Hungary on your continuity plan and on your NT vision, generally?
In a sentence:
Is important to we have a good U21 to we can have a continued success with big NT, or U21 is just for fun and it does'nt matter for future of a sk nation(i meaning here Hungary) and for your plans?

u21 is the most important thing for every sk nation and its future. It's fundamental to plan as soon as possible and without a great work by u21 staff, senior nt couldn't have a great competitiveness. In italy I created many initiatives trying to help our NT staff

unfortunately (or not, who can say) in sokker we have a generational gap in senior nt, i mean players aged 22-26. This is one of the section of db i consider really important (scouts have to follow these players and theirs training'plan). My dream (utopian dream) is to find a strong nt and manage it for 4 seasons: first two season only 25\26\27, third and fourth with the same players...but i know it's difficult to find a community avalaible to try this option (maybe in future i'll try again on italy)

coming back to your question, maybe u21 it's not important for my (inevitably short)management but, obviously, it's really important, or better, it's fundamental for hungarian NT
